Stayed: 15–24 September 2025 We had a fabulous stay at this immaculate hotel, perfectly located in the heart of everything—close to all amenities and just a short walk to the beaches

I had a fantastic experience at the Alexander Hotel in Ksamil. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beautiful beaches and close to restaurants and local attractions

The rooms were very clean and fragrant and the towels were changed every day. It is located in a very quiet area 300m from the sea and can be easily reached on foot

My boyfriend and I stayed there from 15 to 19 August. It is family run and the people are very welcoming and helpful. Honest prices, delicious food and lots and lots of kindness from the owner and his wonderful daughters

Great location in Ksamil The hotel is beautiful and in a great location - only issue was you couldn’t really stay at the pool during the day as there were no sun beds meaning you have to pay to go to the beach and have a lounger every day!

The location is also ideal, just a short walk to the stunning beaches and close to everything Ksamil has to offer. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere around the hotel – a true escape from the busy world

What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive at all times. You could really tell they cared about making sure we had the best possible stay. Every request was met with a smile

The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, and check-out is quick. It's excellent value for money and my top choice for business travel

Very nice and clean rooms. Location, its is a bit of a wallk, 15 min, if you want to go to the busy areas for beach bars etc, however you have a few beaches just across the road if you want it more quiet.

Close you can find everything needed! Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quite and high-quality stay!

Has proper toilets (didn’t last year) which were moderately clean (it’s a beach at the end of the day, it is not going to be perfect) and they had plenty of paper

Contrarily to other comments, I had a great experience at this place. We spent the day and rented 2 sunbeds and umbrella for 15€, had nice drinks and food. The price was cheaper than at other restaurants nearby

We stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The hotel serves tea/coffee/ juice with breakfast that sofia will also try to cater to requests

this was such a lovely hotel! the people who owned it and worked there were so friendly and accommodating, they gave us fresh fruit from their tree, cleaned our room everyday and were super helpful

This hotel ( beatiful home feeling) run by brothers Rei and Sokol Plasa is one of the most beautiful interesting places I have ever been. Service excellent Breakfast even better

This is such a lovely family-run hotel. We stayed for four nights and it was great. The people who own the hotel as well as the cleaner are absolutely lovely

You have to book to this place if you want a fantastic vacation!

However, it would be much better if they had a functional TV with a bigger size and more distance between the toilet and the shower cabin or maybe put a shower curtain. The Ac was cooling the room fast

The room and the service was amazing. We booked for a small room, but due to the lack of guests we got the deluxe one. The staff is super helpful and the breakfasts and dinners were more than enough

Nice new small scale family ran hotel, clean room, good WiFi and tasty breakfast. Located a few hundred meteres away from madhouse Ksamil beach so a nice and quiet location. Small swimmingpool but also very clean

The hotel is owned by a family. The only feedback would be there is no shower curtain or separator etc. so the water goes everywhere in the bathroom. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast

If you go in highseason but want to have a quite night, book your stay at SEADEL! It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, bakery and stores around the corner

We were a group of tourists from Bulgaria and I could say that the rooms were in a pretty good condition, the location was suitable, the hotel basically is on the beach and you can watch the sunset and the sea from the restaurant, which has a panoramic view, also I didn’t expect such a friendly staff, they speak excellent English ( and say some words in your native language as a form of respect, which...

I highly recommend this hotel for vacation. It's near the main beach of the Ksamil (3 Islands). Very worth it! Great view of the sea! The room was very clean 10/10 every single day

In the season it looks like there are also restaurants around and even in the hotel building itself but in Feb it was all closed. Good location of the hotel - easy walk to all the Ksamil beaches

Also there is a problem with the toilet paper, they almost never give you. The breakfast is good but a little bit repetitive, the same thing is with the dinner

It is a new hotel in a central location, few minutes by the sea and restaurants, impeccably clean but above all Eranda and the managing staff are super helpful and attentive

This is a gem of a place with what we think is the best location in Ksamil only 100 meters to many of the best beaches and restaurants. Very clean, modern spacious rooms

It is located next to a mosque so there is early morning call to prayer but this is not disturbing, at least not for us

What truly makes it special is the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the incredibly kind and helpful staff. They are always there for you, no matter the time or the request. We felt like home from the very first moment

When I arrived everything was clean but I spent there 6 nights and they cleaned my room just once, they haven't change the towels and two mornings in row they woke me up at 7 am by slamming the doors

Nice staff, nice location and perfect do visit Burtrint. Could not sleep well due to the leaking toillet water.

I ordered the linguine napolitana which was simple and fresh. We also enjoyed the cats and dogs roaming around the courtyard as we ate. They provided ample entertainment

Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast with varied choice. 1 minute walk to the Butrint Archeological Park which was convenient. Away from the crowds of Ksamil but a 5 minute drive to the cente of town.

Hotel is next to Butrint UNESCO heritage site and is the perfect place to stay if visiting the site. Staff are really friendly, food good and rooms comfortable and clean. We recommend!

Nice hotel right next to Butrint National Park. We had lunch here before entering the park next door. The place looked very pleasant and staff were very friendly

It may be a bit run-down and not the cheapest, with coffee twice the price of Ksamil, but the friendly service and good coffee made up for it

Flao was always attentive, helped with any questions, and created a great atmosphere with his music, while the coffee prepared by Timo was a true delight! The breakfasts were also delicious, which made our mornings even better

The woman at the reception was really friendly. She even helped me to carry my bag to the third floor. Also she asked us for beach towels although we only stayed two nights. Room was really big and clean

We defenitely reccomed this place if you are looking for a more relaxed vibe. There was no loud music; which we enjoyed. We did stay here at the beginning of june, so we don’t know how it is here in high season

Gets busier throughout the day (we visited first weekend in July). First thing in the morning, the beach - beautiful. They are constantly keep the beach area clean and tidy

The perfect place to explore Ksamil but not be in the thick of it (short walk into town). Lovely food and drinks (that they will bring to your lounger on the beach!)
