The hotel is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but you have peace and quiet. It takes 10-20 minutes on foot or two minutes by car. Parking is worry-free. And the owners make you feel at home. This family-run hotel is super clean and the owners are the kindest most generous people I've met during my stay. The only issue would be the lack of chandeliers, a shower curtain or cubicle and the loud guests.

It's a small family running hotel, new one. All arrears very clean. We didn't need a cleaning but they asked us if we want to change towels or sheets every day. Nice hotel right next to Butrint National Park. We had lunch here before entering the park next door. The place looked very pleasant and staff were very friendly. However, it would be much better if they had a functional TV with a bigger size and more distance between the toilet and the shower cabin or maybe put a shower curtain. Well designed hotel, really clean room. It is located next to the beach 2 min with free access to a beach club which is nice because beach club are expensive. This hotel was the best part of my trip in Ksamil. If you have the choice pick a room with no ocean view, there is another beach club close by that put really loud music on late, it did not seem to be everyday.

This is a gem of a place with what we think is the best location in Ksamil only 100 meters to many of the best beaches and restaurants. Very clean, modern spacious rooms. It is located next to a mosque so there is early morning call to prayer but this is not disturbing, at least not for us.

It is a new hotel in a central location, few minutes by the sea and restaurants, impeccably clean but above all Eranda and the managing staff are super helpful and attentive. Definitely recommended!

They are nice people, don't speak much English but we managed somehow to understand each other. I booked the room by phone and was cheaper than on other apps. When I arrived everything was clean but I spent there 6 nights and they cleaned my room just once, they haven't change the towels and two mornings in row they woke me up at 7 am by slamming the doors. We had the loveliest time. The perfect place to explore Ksamil but not be in the thick of it (short walk into town). Lovely food and drinks (that they will bring to your lounger on the beach!). Arturs Hotel and restaurant is on a beautiful little beach just before going into Ksamil. The people were very friendly, professional and helpful and we felt very cared for. Beautiful rooms overlooking the bay and a good restaurant with very nice young wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Me and my boyfriend went to the beach here multiple days. The staff is very friendly and the prices are so much better compared to the rest of Ksamil. We defenitely reccomed this place if you are looking for a more relaxed vibe. There was no loud music; which we enjoyed. We did stay here at the beginning of june, so we don’t know how it is here in high season

The hotel is excellent as is the staff. The service is at the top level. The beach that belongs to the hotel is very clean and they constantly make sure that everything is as it should be. You can use the parking for free in the hotel as well as on the beach. If there is a large family, they even allow you to use more deckchairs without additional payment.
