The hotel is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but you have peace and quiet. It takes 10-20 minutes on foot or two minutes by car. Parking is worry-free. And the owners make you feel at home. Well designed hotel, really clean room. It is located next to the beach 2 min with free access to a beach club which is nice because beach club are expensive. This hotel was the best part of my trip in Ksamil. If you have the choice pick a room with no ocean view, there is another beach club close by that put really loud music on late, it did not seem to be everyday.

This is a gem of a place with what we think is the best location in Ksamil only 100 meters to many of the best beaches and restaurants. Very clean, modern spacious rooms. It is located next to a mosque so there is early morning call to prayer but this is not disturbing, at least not for us.

the hotel was wonderful... the sea is 150 meters away... the cleanliness was impeccable, towels and sheets were changed every day... everything was nearby, such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, we will definitely visit again... my congratulations to owner and staff who were always there when we needed them

They are nice people, don't speak much English but we managed somehow to understand each other. I booked the room by phone and was cheaper than on other apps. When I arrived everything was clean but I spent there 6 nights and they cleaned my room just once, they haven't change the towels and two mornings in row they woke me up at 7 am by slamming the doors. But after all everything was decent!

We had the loveliest time. The perfect place to explore Ksamil but not be in the thick of it (short walk into town). Lovely food and drinks (that they will bring to your lounger on the beach!). Arturs Hotel and restaurant is on a beautiful little beach just before going into Ksamil. The people were very friendly, professional and helpful and we felt very cared for. Beautiful rooms overlooking the bay and a good restaurant with very nice young wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Me and my boyfriend went to the beach here multiple days. The staff is very friendly and the prices are so much better compared to the rest of Ksamil. We defenitely reccomed this place if you are looking for a more relaxed vibe. There was no loud music; which we enjoyed. We did stay here at the beginning of june, so we don’t know how it is here in high season

The hotel is excellent as is the staff. The service is at the top level. The beach that belongs to the hotel is very clean and they constantly make sure that everything is as it should be. You can use the parking for free in the hotel as well as on the beach. If there is a large family, they even allow you to use more deckchairs without additional payment.
