**Negative Review for Santa Olive Apartments in Ksamil**

Unfortunately, my experience with Santa Olive Apartments was very disappointing. We had booked an apartment weeks in advance and were excited about our stay. However, just 10 minutes before our arrival, we received an unexpected call informing us that our reservation had been cancelled without any clear explanation.

This left us in a very difficult situation, especially after a long journey. We were forced to find last-minute accommodation during peak season, which turned out to be both challenging and much more expensive than we had planned.

The worst part was that we received no compensation or assistance in finding an alternative place to stay. The lack of professionalism and the way we were treated was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free holiday.

Dreadful attention! If you come here take into account the host will try to mock you into paying with cash with a rude attitude. Furthermore there is nothing offered for breakfast or required cutlery even though nearest market is miles away. View is great in the best 2 rooms, but not that good in the others. Access road is really steep and narrow. I don't recommend this for the high prices they ask.

We stayed in the junior suite in August 2021. The suite and the property look good! It’s all new and clean. And yes, the view is spectacular. However, the downside of it all: it is very isolated of everything else, the suite is all the way up the mountain and the infrastructure is really bad. The suite has no facilities what so ever. No plates, no cutlery, no small kitchenette, no kettle nor a coffee machine. Also no breakfast offered. Prepare as if you go camping if you come to Santa Oliva ;). Nearest restaurant is on the beach which is a steep walk of +/- 25 mins. Also, I do not recommend the beach and the restaurant. It’s dirty and packed with people. On the property, there was no reception and no one around who speaks English. Actually there was no service at all.

To conclude: Santa Oliva has a lot of potential and with some easy improvements they could do so much better.

Fantastic view on top of the hill, BUT:
- the site is still in construction
- we had to call and wait for someone to come and show us our appartement and while we don‘t mind he couldn‘t speak english, he hurried to get back to the beach
- no wifi in the room, barely useable on the corner of the terrace
- way too expensive for what you get
