Apartments Flower Residence in Sarande

Booked the penthouse hosted by Torlid on the terrace.
Nothing to say about the space of the flat starting with the spacious bedrooms and living room, the completed kitchen, or the huge balcony.

But I was more than disappointed about the warning that the lift had been broken recently, just to find out from the neighbours that the lift has been nearly a year out of service and no one has tried to fix it.
Can you imagine being pregnant and taking the stairs on the 7th-floor flat with groceries on both hands and a 3-year-old kid?

Not to mention that the en-suite bedroom was covered in dust mostly under the bed.
The hoover barely sucked because was full of dust.
The bathroom was very dirty.
I had to do a cleaning all by myself as I have allergy issues and to empty the poor hoover that was exploding from dirt.

It says has a parking slot but you can't find parking all the time.
