An absolutely wonderful place to stay! The hotel offers everything you could possibly need — from free parking and fast internet to modern, clean rooms and all the comforts you expect. What truly makes it special is the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the incredibly kind and helpful staff. They are always there for you, no matter the time or the request. We felt like home from the very first moment. Thanks to this amazing team, we had unforgettable holidays. Highly recommended, without a doubt — 10 out of 10!

The location was good, very close walking distance to the beaches. Unfortunately the shower fluctuated between boiling hot and freezing cold so could not have a proper shower. There was also missing crockery/cutlery in the kitchen area so we couldn't really eat in the room. It was also noisy at night within the building.

Don’t book this hotel it’s awful, we arrived after hours of traveling and they said there is no place because the manager forgot to let the booking know. We had to find another hotel even though we already reserved our room. Terrible experience!!!!

This is a gem of a place with what we think is the best location in Ksamil only 100 meters to many of the best beaches and restaurants.
Very clean, modern spacious rooms. It is located next to a mosque so there is early morning call to prayer but this is not disturbing, at least not for us.

I have been several times at Hotel Golden, the last time one week ago. We have always had a great time. It is a new hotel in a central location, few minutes by the sea and restaurants, impeccably clean but above all Eranda and the managing staff are super helpful and attentive. Definitely recommended!

the hotel was wonderful... the sea is 150 meters away... the cleanliness was impeccable, towels and sheets were changed every day... everything was nearby, such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, we will definitely visit again... my congratulations to owner and staff who were always there when we needed them

Not the place for us. There is limited - if any - front desk service. We arrived at 5PM to find our assigned room after a bit of a struggle with another friendly tourist. The balcony door was jammed and the bathroom floor was wet with a nearby mop bucket. The wifi was also poor. We opted to stay elsewhere and had extreme difficulty changing our reservation, given the lack of staff. The late night gentleman had no idea how to adjust the reservation nor could he provide us with contact information for the management. Summary - no Toiletries provided in bathroom - balcony door jammed, unable to close properly - no front desk service after 4pm - aided by another tourist who called a manager, presumably at home - wet bathroom floor, dirty mop in corner of room

As soon as we arrived the manager didn't understand the fact that we were going out on the 29th night and wanted to make us pay another day more because for her the 29th night meant the 30th. Having clarified this fact after making her think for about 20 minutes everything is fine. Very superficial cleaning of the room (it is """cleaned""" every 2 days). It does not provide shampoo or shower gel but only hand soap. We didn't even find a bottle of water in the fridge, which had just been turned on and was leaking. If you decide to shower at night or early in the morning you can only shower cold. All in all we adapted and she is very helpful, despite small details to review. Good price quality.

They are nice people, don't speak much English but we managed somehow to understand each other. I booked the room by phone and was cheaper than on other apps. When I arrived everything was clean but I spent there 6 nights and they cleaned my room just once, they haven't change the towels and two mornings in row they woke me up at 7 am by slamming the doors. But after all everything was decent!
