Hotel Vila Park Bujari Ksamil in Ksamil

It was terrible hotel we booked a room with a sea view In July 2025. We paid too much for it and we end up in the room where it through a balcony You can’t see nothing but just trees and that small pool I will never recommend to somebody. It’s just bad hotel. Don’t threw your money away . Terrible staff 💩💩

The hotel itself is ok, but you can see that the owner saves on literally everything - there is no equipment in the rooms , the pool is not heated and the water is cold there, but the worst thing is the breakfast - literally nothing was good, the choice is very small and you can feel that these are low quality products. The hotel could shine but stinginess kills the whole experience. I guess it can be improved.

Very good location. Breakfast was horrible. The coffee was cold and you can not name it coffee. They have proper coffee machine but you have to pay 300Lek to get it. You can have your breakfast in hidden dark corner. Not allowed to sit on the terrace (even if it is empty) to enjoy the view. Definitely too high price for the facilities.
