Do not book this under any circumstance!!! They are remotely located and not very friendly with service. They also add on deposits and booking fees to your already confirmed priced rooms and won’t offer any cancellation either. Don’t be fooled by cheap prices and stay away completely!! Much better options out there. Terrible customer service experienced

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Rude

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. Our reservation was canceled last minute, with no proper explanation or apology. We had made plans in advance and were counting on this, only to be left scrambling with no alternatives.

What made things worse was the rude and dismissive attitude we encountered when we tried to clarify the situation. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. No sense of responsibility, no effort to help or offer a solution.

If you value your time and expect even basic courtesy, I would strongly advise you to avoid this place. There’s absolutely no excuse for such poor treatment.

During our six-day stay, neither the room nor the bathroom were cleaned, the beds were not made, nor were the sheets changed. The towels were changed only once, and only at my request. The hotel's offer is misleading, as breakfast is not buffet-style, but served at the table, and is very skimpy. Three slices of bread for four people, and we had to ask for a fourth slice. We also had butter for four people, one slice of cottage cheese cut into four wedges, and one small saucer of cherry jam = two cherries per person. Furthermore, the wait for service was extremely long. Evening dinners were a waste of money, usually a disgrace, although twice the meals were more plentiful and tastier. I don't know why they can't do this every day. The room I booked was supposed to be large with two bathrooms. It turned out the second bathroom was a communal restroom next to the restaurant on the terrace, but in reality, the room only had one bathroom. It turned out they did have a double apartment with two separate bathrooms, but for a hefty extra charge. The tea and coffee making facilities offered were a standard kettle; there was no tea or coffee to make in the room. Fortunately, there's a 24-hour shop nearby. The hotel is located in a secluded area, 3 km outside of town, and you'll need a rental car to get there. The bathroom has tiny sinks, and the shower has no curtain, meaning the bathroom floods after showering. The hotel's plus points are the friendly staff, the quietness, and the air conditioning. The view is nice, but every hotel in Vlora has a nice view. Overall, though, I definitely wouldn't recommend it. We'll definitely never return.
