Monte Carlo Hotel in Vlore

My experience at the hotel was good but it could have been much better. all the staff were polite and helpful, except for one young lady who when my sister gave her her card grabbed her out of her hands and turned her back (horribly rude). They had a huge buffet every morning for breakfast that had everything!! The negatives are that it had many levels and no elevator or ramp, we had a baby and it was quite difficult. the room was cleaned once every 3 days, the bar only had raki beer and wine and several times they ran out of water, the pool was very beautiful but needs to be cleaned.my parents asked for a family room but it was too small. My brother slept in a ranch that was basically a folding chair. you couldn't walk easily because it was very narrow. Unfortunately my parents from the room were not happy at all. In general, it is a beautiful hotel with very kind staff and an incredible view. Maybe we will visit again in the future.
