Good and friendly customer service

It was really good staying. Large and clean room, good staff, tasty breakfast. We were only 1 night and couldn't visit spa, so I can say nothing about it :(

A wonderful hotel near the bus station. We arrived at 12 midnight and walked to the hotel in 3 minutes. In the morning you can drink juices and champagne in the lobby. Breakfasts are delicious. The staff is very attentive. The room was huge, I want to go back there. Everything was top notch! Andorra is magnificent.

A spectacular hotel. Very decent rooms and an exquisite breakfast. The location is perfect. The restaurant staff is very friendly. But the reception staff lacked a smile. Overall, we loved it. We'll be back.

The service attitude is very good, the room is spacious, the breakfast is rich, the location is very good, and it is very convenient to take long-distance buses, public transportation, and shopping. It is also only a few minutes away from attractions such as the Valley Stone House and the Holy Church. It is recommended.

The view is amazing! Great to have a separate room for the kids and small kitchenette. Pool and spa with wet and dry sauna were amazing for adults and kids.

Waited for half an hour to check in. There seems to be a very long queue at the reception all the time. No kettle in room, the staff said it wasn't available. Decent place to stay but poorly managed.

Walked the Coronallacs and this hotel is right near the start/finish, comfortable and good location

The room was spectacular, with a king-size bed separated from the bunk bed by a latticework screen and two sofas facing the TV. The cleanliness is due to the cloudy screen, and everything else was pretty good, although the toilet paper ran out on the third day.

My experience at this hotel has not been very satisfactory. One of the most disappointing points has been the parking: it costs €18 per night, a very high price for the conditions it offers. The spaces are very small, it is very difficult to park there and the parking in general is complicated and uncomfortable, with steep slopes and little room to maneuver. Lack of empathy from employees during the onboarding process: contradictory messages depending on the person being addressed.

We always go to these apartments, but we usually get the larger ones because we travel with children. This time, we were a couple and chose a one-bedroom apartment. Everything was fine except for the metal bed, which was incredibly noisy, and the lack of a balcony or views. But for the price, it wasn't bad. We'll return, but not with the little one.

Pleasant A comfortable establishment, it lacks nothing. The ground floor has no view, and is surrounded by walls. Parking is a bit complicated, and it costs €15 per day.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was great, the view was incredible, everything was very functional, I would definitely return. The only problem is that in Andorra you lose internet access, so it was a hassle to find the reception; they could have made that information better.

Many things Need tò be improved

We had the best stay at Els Llacs- the apartment was lovely, had a beautiful view of the river and it was a great addition to have the spa downstairs There is a supermarket immediately opposite which is great and Soldeu is only 5 minutes away with good coffee and food options

You could walk there from the parking garage but there was a free bus that ran from just outside the apartments to both the Peretol and Grau Roig resorts. The room and property were clean and attractive. Our apartment was spacious as it contained three bedrooms, but it did not have much of a balcony (room to stand only) and the master bedroom bathroom had a toilet with phantom flush. Great apartments, comfortable, well equipped, with parking, location is amazing.

We had a wonderful stay in a one bedroom apartment. It is just across the road from the El Tarter gondola in a quiet street. The bed and living room areas were warm and very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The manager was a very friendly lady who was happy to answer questions, and accommodated our late arrival. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend!

Good option! Very good location. Beds could be in better condition. Rest is fairly good. It would have been a great upgrade to have some sky lockers at the Parking. The reception attention quite good.

Stayed here with my family for 5 days just before Christmas for skiing. The apartment is very clean and very big, plenty of room for us (4 adults). It’s a 10 minute easy walk to the gondola so we left our boots and skis in storage near the gondola. Good location! The apartment is very comfortable. The only thing it needs is mosquito nets on the windows because bugs get in at night. I traveled in the summer, and without the window open it was very hot since the apartment doesn't have air conditioning.

Parking municipal place is very close and affordably priced.

Great apartment, especially for the price. We had a really spacious apartment for 4 persons with an incredible nice view on the mountains. Service was really nice too. They called before our stay to check if we wanted to book the ski passes for a better price and at arrival the lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. Great alternative to a hotel. Basement secure parking available. Very reasonably priced out of season and ideal to base yourself for touring the local area.

The apartment is very new and the village is very cool, halfway between La Nieve and Les Escaldes, which is my favourite shopping area. The apartment has everything you need (even an oven) and is very warm. Excellent value for money. We will definitely come back.
