It is in good place, some bus stops from lift. And there was free skibus. But everything was tiny- rooms, ski room, garage. Some days was much people, you must wait your dinner table. Dinner at 9pm is too late. A lot of loudy visitors. Every minute blabla in loud voice. Walls between rooms without any noise insulation.

They advertise parking (but when for the night we stayed there was no space available, they didn’t seem to care that one of us had a broken leg and couldn’t walk). Great value in a great location. Our room was a little small but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Well situated, mere steps away from the famous Pyrenees Department Store. Good hotel and good location. The restaurant is a fantastic experience that must be visited. Beware of the parking: whilst it is one of the lowest priced parking in the area (€19.50/day) it is one of the hardest places I've had to drive in and out of. On our last day we decided to go to a different one, 8 minutes walking, but worth it.

In this room, the heating does not work at all and there is no air conditioning. We asked the staff to turn the heating on — they came, told us everything was fixed and that we could relax. The website talks about 'culinary delights' - we must have visited when the chef was having a couple of days off. Just spent a week at the Hotel Palarine and as a regular skier, this has to be the best ski hotel I’ve stayed at. Ok, it’s a bus ride to the slopes but the staff, the bar, the food are all wonderful. Free entertainment in the bar in the evenings and a dead giveaway is that most of the guests had stayed before. We went on a ski trip to Andorra. The hotel was nice and clean, although there were some works going on at the time. There were activities for kids in the area, which was great. The dining room was quite crowded, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

I booked through Booking, which states the hotel offers parking. Technically it does, but not for free but through a deal with a parking garage next to the hotel for 24€(!) per 24 hours. Great hotel for the price! The location is phenomenal, just far enough away from the shopping area as not to be busy but less than 5 minute walk. The Caldea Spa is ~5 minutes away as well. Clean, comfy rooms with friendly staff and parking. Easy access to the ski resorts as well.

Affordable and good price for a night's stay. Honestly can't give a fair assessment because of external factors. However, the shower pressure was good, the bed was soft, the outlets were near the head of the bed. None of the staff spoke English, parking was full so not able to be used even when it's supposed to be included, and there was no view out the window.

This review is not indicative of the original hotel I booked as upon arrival a note on the door stated that guests booked for that evening had to walk 500m down the road to another hotel! The good news is the new hotel was great,nice friendly lady on reception plus the view from our room was very pleasant.

Great location, small rooms but everything is incredibly clean. Breakfast is basic but does the job. Would come back as incredible value for money.

A good 2-star hotel within easy walk of the telecabin up to the slopes. Plenty of choice at breakfast, the warm fresh pastries and bread are delicious, but the breakfast room itself can get quite cramped as is isn't huge. All the staff are lovely and friendly. Convenient shuttle with Andbus. Very friendly staff and useful info at the front desk. Great location with supermarket, bars, restaurants, and dry cleaner nearby. Only downside: no fridge in the hotel. Highly recommend the nearby 13.5 bar!

Modern hotel at an excellent price. Very good water pressure. Only quibble is WiFi didn't reach all parts of my room (515).

Nice but the wifi barely reached my room. This is a problem as Andorra is not included in EU roaming so i couldn't use my own data

Comfortable, but a bit far from the center. Clean and bright rooms with a lodge-type feel. Definitely comfortable. However, rates were largely inconsistent with wide variations - some days were 50 Euros, some days were 100 Euros. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Annoying 1.57 EUR city tax is collected on arrival - for goodness sake just include this in your rates! Staff are generally kind, but...

The hotel is well located, the facilities and cleanliness are correct. It's a bit old but quality-price is fine. Of course, the walls must be made of paper because I could hear snoring from the next room. It doesn't bother us to sleep.
