A wonderful hotel near the bus station. We arrived at 12 midnight and walked to the hotel in 3 minutes. In the morning you can drink juices and champagne in the lobby. Breakfasts are delicious. We had to make an unexpected overnight stay in Andorra and just walked in and asked for rooms. They were very accommodating and the rate was amazing (€110 per room). Staff were very friendly. Since we took bus from Barcelona to Andorra La Vella, the bus station is within walking distance to the hotel, probably around 15 minutes walk. It's also not far to walk from the hotel to the shopping and dining district. The hotel itself is decent enough, the room was nothing fancy but specious and clean. Right next to the SPA Caldea. The room is big enough for backpack travelers. You can tell that the furniture is not anymore new but everything is clean. We spent 4 nights here in a twin bed room, which was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and we especially enjoyed the dinner with the very wide selection of salads that varied daily. I am giving the hotel 4 stars because the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were loads of hair leftover from previous guests. When I complained about this to the front desk they acted fast and organized extra room cleaning. Apart from this mishap the hotel was, we were very satisfied with breakfast. Great location too.

Average service, dark room overlooking a well where you can't even see the light! A pseudo-window behind a flimsy curtain; don't bother looking for light, there isn't any. The room is not worth the price! The only positive thing is the amenities: good.

Wonderful hotel,very kind and friendly staff. When it comes to the food, i have never eaten such delicious food in a Hotel. Compliments to the Chef and Team. Everyday we were surprised with amazing 3-course menus. 10/10. The Hotel is well located in the town. Shops and malls directly at the door. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Proximity to city center and very clean. However didn't have tea or coffee making amenities in the room. Would not classify as a 4 star hotel though. Amenties in the room was just bare min, soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Room had no view, window was blocked by a wall Would not say it was good value for money spent

The best customer service. They staff really helped us out, figuring out how to get around and showing us how to find weather and traffic info. We really liked the bar, the gentleman there was excellent and the drinks were reasonably priced. The hotel had a shuttle to the Gran Valira tram, which was very useful, is a short walk to the center business district, and a 20 minute walk to the national bus...

The location was astounding to me. One of the last places in El Sarrat thus brining you closer to the natural beauty of the region that so appeals to me. Sit on your private balcony listening to the rushing water of the stream just meters from the hotel Decent breakfast buffet! Room was on smaller side than I am used to and dessert was burned.

Great stay in a beautiful chalet on the mountain. Rushing waterfall outside created a peaceful white noise for quiet. Great staff and wonderful dinners.

A really great hotel. The staff were AMAZING and the actual hotel has personality and is a very pleasurable place to stay. The location is perfect for a day´s shopping, of a 15 min drive to hit the slopes.

Checkin was easy. Helpful staff. They pointed out everything. However, we couldn't get a parking as they said they're full. Hotel didn't look very busy and also they could've tried if we were staying for more than one night. (Didn't understand the reasoning). Paid for an outdoor parking lot instead.

Property was we situated in an area that was easy walkable to shopping and restaurants. Clean and nice staff. Breakfast buffet had a very nice selection. A/C was not working very well, reported situation twice but even with repair not very cool. Center of hotel is completely open so you can see from the lobby to the top floor, this also means the sound is free to travel....at times it felt like...

We stay just one night. For Andora, was okay. The best thing was the rooms, big size. The restaurant was okay, breakfast was okay. The worker try to do the job. The pool , the parking was located outside from the hotel. Was not a room service. The rooms with clean, and spa was good. In a general , was good for four stars hotel.
