Since we took bus from Barcelona to Andorra La Vella, the bus station is within walking distance to the hotel, probably around 15 minutes walk. It's also not far to walk from the hotel to the shopping and dining district. The hotel itself is decent enough, the room was nothing fancy but specious and clean. Excellent location. The room was quite pleasant with a great view, featuring a lovely balcony. Swift check-in and the staff were exceptionally friendly.

Right next to the SPA Caldea. The room is big enough for backpack travelers. You can tell that the furniture is not anymore new but everything is clean. Small fridge is available and one pack of chips and bottles of water for free. Nice view with mountains. Many options at the breakfast buffet but it’s a little bit crowded. Anyway with the price 109€ (beginning of August) we are very happy.

Location is excellent if you are skiing, chair lift within a stone throw away and a fantastic ski run back down to it! The hotel is well presented, all the staff were great who we encountered. Stayed on a half board basis, breakfast was better than expected, I assumed it would be just a 'continental' style but presented with a good selection from cereal to fried eggs, bacon and questionable sausages...

We spent 4 nights here in a twin bed room, which was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and we especially enjoyed the dinner with the very wide selection of salads that varied daily. But above all, the staff was extremely kind and polite, both at the reception and in the restaurant. We would definitely come back again.

A wonderful stay at the Magic Ski hotel which form the accommodation or experience could not have been better especially for the reasonable cost. It’s located in the same block as the gondola, ski hire shops and a really nice bar. There is even a route through from the hotel boot room to the lift, so easy. We were staying at the sister hotel (Hotel Del Pui) which was also excellent. We had to go to the Hotel Magic Ski for our evening meals. Johania and her team running the dinning room were excellent. The hotel has the most helpful staff you could ever meet. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast choices were extensive. I can’t comment on dinner because we were B&B, but it seemed very popular. Location is right at the center of the town. A 10-minute walk to the Main Bus Station. Close to everything: Supermarket and Restaurants. Hotel is clean. Room is spacious and the bathroom is nice with a bathtub. Breakfast hall is huge and many selections. Highly recommended!

I am giving the hotel 4 stars because the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were loads of hair leftover from previous guests. When I complained about this to the front desk they acted fast and organized extra room cleaning. Apart from this mishap the hotel was, we were very satisfied with breakfast. Great location too.

Average service, dark room overlooking a well where you can't even see the light! A pseudo-window behind a flimsy curtain; don't bother looking for light, there isn't any. The room is not worth the price! The only positive thing is the amenities: good.

Wonderful hotel,very kind and friendly staff. When it comes to the food, i have never eaten such delicious food in a Hotel. Compliments to the Chef and Team. Super kind staff! Clean and nice SPA with sauna, Turkish bad and cold room swimming pool and jacuzzi. You need to book in advance and you have an 1h slot. It is small but the maximum number of people per slot is well adjusted to the space. The food quality could be improved it is a bit inconsistent; Super close to the lifts.
