The hotel seems to experience its "peak" during skiiing season, and high heat July/August. When we were there (June) most dining facilities in the hotel were closed, but it is the staff and management of Princesa Parc that make the difference. Spa staff were extremely rud le and they don’t make it easy or comfortable to use the facility. We stayed in the 5* part of the hotel but they can’t even help with luggage and food wasn’t great. Also room was dirty and dated. Other staff friendly and location great for ski lift.

This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. The rooms are small and dated, even in the 5* section. Room was dirty on arrival. Did mention it to reception but nothing done. Spa itself is nice but staff rude. They make you feel like they are doing you a favour by allowing you to use it. No towels offered, and you get made to feel awkward asking for one. I didn't have a good experience

Great property. Was a great place to go bowling, swimming and general relaxation. There was a bus that would go into the main city. Not easily accessible to hikes without a car from this property and the gondola was not running during mid summer.

Nice location in the middle of the centre, you can't park the premises or get a free parking ticket.

Good the only problem we had was that the room attendant left a wet rag on our bed under the sheets. When we went to sleep we found it and the bed was wet We really could not figured out how come he/she did not notice? Second thing the room is made very well but we noticed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned as such

After a drink in the main square we just went over to this hotel and booked it there and then on a popular site while standing in the lobby with the hotel’s Wi-Fi. The hotel has a parking which unfortunately was full but we had parked in one of the many public parking (paid spaces). Greta views, great rooms and great service. I thoroughly recommend staying here, it’s certainly the best hotel in the Andorran Pyrenees. An old fashioned hotel, ok for a short stay and the price paid. Was a bit difficult to access, as the front was being blocked by cars. On arrival our room smelled of tobacco, despite a non-smoking policy, but was otherwise clean and comfortable. Bathroom shows signs of needing update. Hotel in a good location in the very center of the capital of Andorra. Clean room

The air conditioner in my room was noisy all night, and on top of that, it wasn't even cool. They charged for my dog for it's supplements, but nothing was given, even the water bowl. The parking fee is more expensive than the nearby public parking lot. Most of all the male staff we met was unfriendly. The breakfast buffet was soso. The only good points are the swimming pool and the sauna.

The hotel room is large, the facilities are very good, the location and surrounding environment are very good, and it is convenient to travel. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very rich and has many kinds. It is recommended to stay.

Staff was honest. We forgot our phone charger in the room and they gave it back to us. There was bad smell near to our room and i guess There was some sewage blockage.

A wonderful hotel near the bus station. We arrived at 12 midnight and walked to the hotel in 3 minutes. In the morning you can drink juices and champagne in the lobby. Breakfasts are delicious. The staff is very attentive. The room was huge, I want to go back there. Everything was top notch! Andorra is magnificent.

The name has actually been changed and it is now a five-star hotel. At present, it has not been changed on Google Maps, and it is still called Holiday Inn. Superb hotel! Clean, friendly and high quality of all ammenities: room, dinner and breakfast buffet, gym, spa! The only comment would be that they should not charge an extra to use the sauna, steam room and the pool. In a 5 star hotel, this does not make much sense.

Comfortable room with complete facilities, good living experience

The hotel is rather old, the walls are dirty. Sauna and swimming pool for additional charge. If you are booking a room with balcony on the floor 2-5 with Mountain View, you can easily get a room with the parking view in the 1st floor. Hotel parking is for additional charge and fits only for small cars and fully booked most of the time. The location is great! Very near to many shops, restaurants.

All staff are very kind and helpful. There were some people from tour groups and they must have very busy though, every single singe matters we had to be taken care of has done nicely. Can go to hikes with a guide only with an insurance’s fee. I really enjoyed here.

The hotel is good however on a school trip we have lost a total amount of over 200 euros we have our suspicions on the cleaners and hope no one else has to lose this amount of money so recommend putting it in the safe grate servers polite and are respectful

Overall pretty good, awesome food, nice staff, good rooms. On the down side, many of my friends lost around €200 worth of cash that was in there rooms that only the cleaners had access to. If coming here I recommend making sure you keep your valuables in a place only you know.

Very attentive and friendly receptionists. Nearby and free parking. Very complete buffet breakfast. The elevator is VERY small, SLOW and very old, I chose to use the stairs. The rooms are somewhat old but the bathroom (with bathtub) is large and renovated. It has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and gel. Very complete.

Excellent location, close to the center and next to the big department store - Pyrenees. The hotel has a beautiful garden and convenient parking. The staff is super nice. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a great view. The breakfast was great. We had a lovely experience at the Andorra Park hotel. Reception was super friendly and helpful with directions/recommendations. The spa is very nice! There is a pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, and dry sauna - you do have to reserve a time, which was not an issue at this time of year. We also got a massage and facial with Fatima and Laideys, which were both fantastic! We would absolutely stay here again...

We stayed at the Grand Plaza for two nights on our way to Spain. The hotel is right in the middle of town, the rooms were immaculate, and the staff couldn't have been more helphul - highly recommended

Every year we come back to this hotel as everything is perfect. The location is great we walk to all shops & restaurants. As soon as we arrive from Spain we are welcomed by the bellboy, Felipe recognizes us as well as Julio. They park our car and at the receptionist José is always super polite and friendly. For our family it is like coming home here.

The room was spectacular, with a king-size bed separated from the bunk bed by a latticework screen and two sofas facing the TV. The cleanliness is due to the cloudy screen, and everything else was pretty good, although the toilet paper ran out on the third day.

The hotel is very close to the city centre, you can easily reach it by foot. The bedroom was a bit noisy, because of both the road outside and the other rooms.
