I have now visited several hotels in Andorra and this is by far my best. The staff has a level of service that I have rarely seen and experienced. Had a week skiing and this was our base. Very close to the main gondola, around 50 metres, which lead you to the slopes. Hotel was very clean, staff are attentive, food is good. Great experience

The hotel was very good, there is a bar and games for kids and the room is orginized and clean, but i had a little bit hard time sleeping because of the pillows, but as son as i told then they replaced It and i had very good time

Firstly there was nothing wrong. More importantly all the staff we experienced were very helpful and genuinely pleasant. We were always greeted by lovely smiles, friendly interactions and efficient service. A credit to your team and your management.

The tourist attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are very clean. The soundproofing is not so good, but the mountain view from the window is beautiful. The staff's service skills vary.

It’s a pity that we don’t go there in winter. It’s inconvenient to bring children there. The hot pool is not for children to play in.

Greta views, great rooms and great service. I thoroughly recommend staying here, it’s certainly the best hotel in the Andorran Pyrenees. The only caveat is it’s distance from Andorra La Vella (the city centre), but the staff will happily provide you with the private shuttle service. The hotel was outdated. Although clean, it felt like I'd stepped back into the 90s. I couldn't find any outlets near the bed. There were no king-size beds. They were simply pushed together.

The hotel is rather old, the walls are dirty. Sauna and swimming pool for additional charge. If you are booking a room with balcony on the floor 2-5 with Mountain View, you can easily get a room with the parking view in the 1st floor. Hotel parking is for additional charge and fits only for small cars and fully booked most of the time. The location is great! Very near to many shops, restaurants.

Very attentive and friendly receptionists. Nearby and free parking. Very complete buffet breakfast. The elevator is VERY small, SLOW and very old, I chose to use the stairs. The hotel is nestled on a small hillside in a beautiful setting. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. Every year we come back to this hotel as everything is perfect. The location is great we walk to all shops & restaurants. As soon as we arrive from Spain we are welcomed by the bellboy, Felipe recognizes us as well as Julio. They park our car and at the receptionist José is always super polite and friendly. Since we took bus from Barcelona to Andorra La Vella, the bus station is within walking distance to the hotel, probably around 15 minutes walk. It's also not far to walk from the hotel to the shopping and dining district. The hotel itself is decent enough, the room was nothing fancy but specious and clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel location is near shopping and restaurants. The hotel fitness studio has spinning bikes which was perfect, as I was able to use my fitness apps. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I would definitely book again.

Being a regular visitor to Soldeu, Piolets is like home from home, the staff are so friendly in the restaurant and bar. Ordering bar snacks and pizza is brilliant, great social environment when you come off the slopes. Perfect place for Apres ski. Ceasar, and all the bar staff are so friendly and polite and have big smiles on their faces.

I've been skiing in Soldeu for many years and Piolets bar is the first stop after coming off the mountain. The attraction is a large comfortable lounge with a sunny terrace overlooking the slopes. This is topped by the friendly service from the bar staff.... look out for Cesar, Anthony, Victoria and Franklin

The location was great! The staffs were very friendly and helpful. When I got off the bus, I did not have the Internet access but I remember the hotel was close to the famous bridge by the river so I followed the river and found the hotel easily. The room where I stayed was just in front of the bridge!
