It was really good staying. Large and clean room, good staff, tasty breakfast. We were only 1 night and couldn't visit spa, so I can say nothing about it :(

A wonderful hotel near the bus station. We arrived at 12 midnight and walked to the hotel in 3 minutes. In the morning you can drink juices and champagne in the lobby. Breakfasts are delicious. The staff is very attentive. The room was huge, I want to go back there. Everything was top notch! Andorra is magnificent.

The name has actually been changed and it is now a five-star hotel. At present, it has not been changed on Google Maps, and it is still called Holiday Inn. This was a very nice hotel, hot because there is no AC. The grounds were very lovely, but the restaurant was a little strange. But the food was overall good.

We arrived at the room, and it smelled strongly of perfume. We laughed about how someone had died there, but the aura faded when it simply started to stink of sewage. That's the whole story.

We stayed here two nights and did a walk from Pas del la casa back to the hotel. The hotel was excellent, the rooms are really comfortable and cosy. The staff are brilliant and the food was really good as well. We used the spa which was lovely to relax in after a long walk. This was our favourite hotel in Andorra and we really enjoyed staying here.

We stayed at the Grau Roig hotel for 2 nights ahead of walking across Andorra and couldn't have wished for a better experience! The staff, the room, the spa, the vibe, the breakfast and the evening dinner were all great. Nothing but positives from our experience!

We always go to these apartments, but we usually get the larger ones because we travel with children. This time, we were a couple and chose a one-bedroom apartment. Everything was fine except for the metal bed, which was incredibly noisy, and the lack of a balcony or views. But for the price, it wasn't bad. We'll return, but not with the little one.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was great, the view was incredible, everything was very functional, I would definitely return. The only problem is that in Andorra you lose internet access, so it was a hassle to find the reception; they could have made that information better.

A cozy 2-bed room apartment with a balcony and separate little garden, both offering nice views of the surroundings. For us, coming with a large car, the spacy underground parking was really appreciated. There are shops and restaurants nearby and Andorra la Vella is only 22 km away, a great place to do some shopping.

Walked the Coronallacs and this hotel is right near the start/finish, comfortable and good location

The room was spectacular, with a king-size bed separated from the bunk bed by a latticework screen and two sofas facing the TV. The cleanliness is due to the cloudy screen, and everything else was pretty good, although the toilet paper ran out on the third day.

My experience at this hotel has not been very satisfactory. One of the most disappointing points has been the parking: it costs €18 per night, a very high price for the conditions it offers. Our apartment was spacious as it contained three bedrooms, but it did not have much of a balcony (room to stand only) and the master bedroom bathroom had a toilet with phantom flush. Great apartment, especially for the price. We had a really spacious apartment for 4 persons with an incredible nice view on the mountains. Service was really nice too. They called before our stay to check if we wanted to book the ski passes for a better price and at arrival the lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. Good hotel, you can park without any problem because in Andorra it is difficult if you don't have to pay. The service of the waiter was excellent and the quality was good. Stayed here with my family for 5 days just before Christmas for skiing. The apartment is very clean and very big, plenty of room for us (4 adults). It’s a 10 minute easy walk to the gondola so we left our boots and skis in storage near the gondola. Good location! The apartment is very comfortable. The only thing it needs is mosquito nets on the windows because bugs get in at night. I traveled in the summer, and without the window open it was very hot since the apartment doesn't have air conditioning.
