Stayed for 3 nights and the only thing to complain was the snow/ice sliding down the room making noises the rest everything was great.
Friendly staff and very clean! They replaced towels everyday and made the beds.
I like my old fashioned room but the bathroom was renewed and super clean. I like the single usage shampoos and body wash!
English Breakfast was included and it's okay.. I would chance the way they keep hot stuff there because the temperature seems to high and dries it quickly.
Everything was really comfortable and staff was really nice too. They also have a buffet during 7.30pm -10m which I didn't have but I saw it and it looks nice too!

The rooms are old but are equipped with all the necessary. They were extremely hot even after turning off the heaters. We had to sleep with the window opened one night. WiFi works good when there is no one in the hotel. Had troubles at peak time.
The staff was always very friendly. They prepared a fancy meal for new year's eve and a good party afterwards.
The food for both breakfast and dinner was good, above expected for this type of Hotel.
Location is great, in the middle of Pas de la casa, 10 min walking to the ski slopes.
First time was late at night, told staff, they said can't find out bc it's too late. Second night advised them of it much earlier, still no culprit was ever looked for, I don't think.
There is shampoo but no conditioner 😂
NEED TO UP YOUR GAME, DEFINITELY NEVER COMING BACK AND ADVISE ALL YO STAY AWAY, unless you're a cigarette smoker.
In addition, the latest news are: all frikkin night there was a whaling sound coming from the pipes in the bathroom or something like that, superbly annoying. Had to put in ear plugs AND headphones with the sound of rain to blend it in. Horrible.
