Hotel Camel.lot by Nexta in Pas de la Casa

We spent a lovely 5 nights here while on a family ski trip. There was 3 of us and we got a quadruple room near back of hotel so it was plenty big and quite ( a triple probably would have been a bit tight) . The bathroom was a bit dated but did us fine . When skiing we are not overly fussy with room. The bar area was great with all the board games and pool table , we spent nice evenings here with our son. There was a small cinema room off the bar and a popcorn machine which was a really nice bonus. Unfortunately no films in English so we did nt use it but had some of the popcorn . Breakfast and dinner were very good as buffets go and having the grill for eggs in morning and meat in the evening is really nice . We couldn’t fault the food . We used the spa area. The sauna is new and really good , steam room not great and the hot tub could nt be switched on to bubbles , so it was fine but we only used it once . The staff are brilliant and really friendly and will help however they can . There was just one member of staff in dining room who just didn’t seem to want to help us . From first evening he was just rude to us . We would ask for a drink with meal and he told us you have to go back up to bar for any but then we saw him serving other guests wine each evening . In the end we chose not to deal with him as his service did not get any better . I don’t want to mark down a star for how we felt badly treated by him as the rest of the staff could nt have been nicer and more than made up for his lack of customer service . Location wise is excellent a 2 mins walk from the slopes where you put your skis straight on to ski down to the lifts . The free ski lockers are also great and ski room is organised well. We felt this area of Pas was also nice and quite. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

My oh my! A decent hotel. My friend and I stayed here for 6 nights on a Heidi skiing trip. It was really good, just what we needed. The hotel is close to the pistes/ski hire/central to the town. The bar is good and not too expensive. Amazing breakfasts! Honestly, I challenge anyone to want to eat something that's not there - there is even a chef to cook eggs and bacon if you don't want anything else. We arrived and left very early in the morning, there was someone to greet and say farewell which was a nice touch. Very friendly and professional team. Thank you Hotel Camel Lot.

My oh my! A decent hotel. My friend and I stayed here for 6 nights on a Heidi skiing trip. It was really good, just what we needed. The hotel is close to the pistes/ski hire/central to the town. The bar is good and not too expensive. Amazing breakfasts! The service was great, but the facilities are quite outdated.

Rooms don't have much storage space for belongings, but that's made up for by friendly service, cleanliness and great location. 30 second walk from Ski-in beside Soul (decent apres-ski), secure lockers for every room, breakfast had good enough variety for our group which included vegetarians and vegans. Also, pastry selection was fantastic.

Nehemias always looks after the guests in the restaurant and always asking how your skiing was from the day before. Beds are really comfy so you'll definitely get a good night's sleep and the room temperature is perfect.

Lovely hotel. Simple and meets our needs perfectly. Close to rentals and slopes. Went for half board and food was lovely. Decent selection at the buffet. Nehemias, our Argentine waiter was a legend too 👍
