Lovely food, great atmosphere, adorable staff. Great for couples and families. We ordered room service which was delicious. The staff is always very friendly and propositive. We at once understood this was an extraordinary place because of people who work there who share passion with a great communication.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was a hassle free experience. Staff are very accommodating. Hamlet the owner is kind enough to give us a discount in order for us to stay in 1 room for the whole stay instead of transferring to their other room. We will definitely go back and book this hotel again.

If you stay in a hotel near the roadside, it will be quieter if it is not on the roadside row. There is a parking space and a small garden. The environment is still very ideal

Good location between a city center and a rope way. A view to surrounding hills. Less than one kilometer to supermarkets and ATMs. Skiing surprisingly good despite absence of recent snowfalls due to a few skiers :-) Large villa with 5 bedrooms is good for 10 persons, not for 13. Only one bedroom with its own bathroom, others share one bathroom with two bedrooms. Order additional beds for children beforehand...

The accommodation is very nice, beautiful, quiet, and spotlessly clean. It's brand new, and the staff are extremely helpful. They bring breakfast to the room. We had a very pleasant stay at Visota 1880. The room was spacious and well laid out, featuring a master bedroom, a small extra room for kids, and a kitchen. The service was friendly, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The rooms and facilities were great. The concierge and reception were always helpful even if they were not immediately able to solve a problem. The guest house we stayed in was warm, well equipped, and within walking distance of the centre of Tsaghkadzor (for restaurants and shops). Recommended!

I paid around 100$+ per night for 4 people. I think it value for money. There is a private unit with 2 bedroom. Which is cheap in my opinion. But room is quite noisy from outside or the room next door. The service is normal in Armenia you should not expect that! Ah I forgot the bathroom is water leakage when shower the water will came out on the floor. I will remove room from 4 star to 3 star…sorry...

The hotel is fine. Clean and comfortable. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very friendly.The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The hotel itself is lovely. I would recommend this hotel to others and I would stay here again.

The property was well decorated, inviting and clean. We had some problems with our shower drain being clogged and our kitchen sink as well. The walls are very thin so it can be challenging to find peace and quiet but it’s a very cute property.

Great location at the city plaza. Convenient store and restaurants are close to the hostel. Comfortable bed. It has everything you need to stay inn.

The best hotel in Tsaghkadzor! The prices were a pleasant surprise! The breakfasts were incredible! The staff is attentive, always available, and they always have everything you need! We didn't have ski boots, so they asked for our size and brought us three to choose from! Thank you! We highly recommend it!!! We'll be back!
