The rooms and facilities were great. The concierge and reception were always helpful even if they were not immediately able to solve a problem. The guest house we stayed in was warm, well equipped, and within walking distance of the centre of Tsaghkadzor (for restaurants and shops). Recommended!

Very good for the price . Not as idealic and nice as the pictures suggest though. In quite an ugly built up area . not in the forest of the mountains.

service was great and it has everything you need for a good few day. nice staff . would recommend if you don’t mind being by a main road

I paid around 100$+ per night for 4 people. I think it value for money. There is a private unit with 2 bedroom. Which is cheap in my opinion. But room is quite noisy from outside or the room next door. The service is normal in Armenia you should not expect that! Ah I forgot the bathroom is water leakage when shower the water will came out on the floor. I will remove room from 4 star to 3 star…sorry for that.

The hotel is fine. Clean and comfortable. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very friendly.The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The hotel itself is lovely. I would recommend this hotel to others and I would stay here again.

The property was well decorated, inviting and clean. We had some problems with our shower drain being clogged and our kitchen sink as well. The walls are very thin so it can be challenging to find peace and quiet but it’s a very cute property.

Great place for weekend.The cottage is comfortable,breakfast food was fresh.Bed and pillows are comfy.You can also bring your food,they have everything you need.Good location,few minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Thanks 😊

The most aweful and friendless place Iv been. We pre-paid the 150$ and disliked the place so wanted to have only dinner and leave. They say if we dont stay overnight they do not return money and CANNOT serve dinner. Very cool way to keep a business.

A very pleasant place to stay in Tsaghadzor, the cottages they offer are nice , warm and cozy… walking distance from bank, supermarket, and restaurants. Their staff are very friendly and helpful i would like to thank Bebken (i hope i remember his name right)in particular he was awesome!
