Very beautiful,intimate,elegant hotel in the most beautiful place of Tsakhkadzor!!! Pleasant,smiling staff, great basein with a sauna, the rooms are always clean and comfortable!! On the street and it comes fully furnished and built with style! Very beautiful, bright children's Room!! Come not regret it, the hotel name speaks for itself;!!!

From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very welcoming, and the location was perfect. 😌

Accommodation was great, service was also great! Pool is outside the main facility but also was good. Kids zone was plenty of different things to do

The hotel grounds are huge and very beautiful, there is a swimming pool with a sauna, a must-see))) there is a kettle and 2 bottles of water in the room, but no tea or coffee. Overall, a very pleasant aftertaste

I recently stayed in a cozy cottage at Elegant hotel in Tsaghkadzor, and it was a wonderful experience. The cottage was nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by nature. It was the perfect location for a relaxing getaway

Facilities & Dining: After a long day on the slopes, there is nothing better than returning to the resort to thaw out in the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room

The dining experience was another highlight: The Bar: They have a brilliantly stocked bar with knowledgeable bar personnel who really know their craft—thank you, guys! The Restaurant: The dinner menu is simply mouthwatering

Unbeatable Location & Value For anyone visiting for the snow, the location is spot on. It is a very short, easy walk to the ropeway and the ski slopes, which makes those early morning starts a breeze

With amenities like a game room, sauna, and outdoor pool (soon an indoor one too), the resort is perfect for both relaxation and adventure

This hotel is the first time where the actual venue is better than the pictures. Pros - only 1 hour from yerevan - venue is very nice with trees, pool, kids area, kids club, indoor game room, etc

The hotel needs to do a better job is showing everything that is there as the website definitely shows very little. - excellent and big sauna - hotel is all inclusive of all meals (again not clear on website)

The talented kitchen team, Ruben, Haik, and David, provided exceptional service! A special highlight was the Bali massage by Cynthia, whose expertise created a truly relaxing experience

Though the observatory was closed, I look forward to returning to explore it! The food was outstanding-fresh, organic, and rich in Armenian flavors

Rooms are comfortable, food is good. The balconies offer a magnificent view of the mountains covered with forests. But at night you can be woken up by barking dogs that are on the property?

A place where you can really relax

Everything is great. The only exception: someone is doing a party here. And music's noise is incredible, like Doom's day.

Huge thanks to ANNA the receptionist who gives us a warm welcome and excellent service and help us a lot as she Speaks English fluently, without her our stay would be difficult i must say

This hotel is just yard away from the slopes and after a long day skiing all you want is to get to return to the room and rest. The rooms are basic, clean and have everything you need

The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to help and assist. We checked other hotel around and Alva cannot be faulted

right from the room - to the slope to the ski lift, cozy, tasty, swimming pool...

Hotel alva is few minutes walk to the ropeway, breakfast is good and room is very clean

Great view from the window , the same service. Kitchen buffet, better than in Tunisia. Great variety, reasonable prices. Of the minuses - cold water in the pool and long you have to drain the cold water in the shower

Hamlet the owner is kind enough to give us a discount in order for us to stay in 1 room for the whole stay instead of transferring to their other room. We will definitely go back and book this hotel again
