The hotel in the mountains has fresh air and a classic, elegant comfort.

The location is very nice, but the only problem is the lack of room service and the fact that the rooms are quite far from reception. Breakfast was nice, but there weren't many options. The quality was good, and the rooms were very nice and comfortable with air conditioning. However, there was no bidet in the bathroom.

For those who come in winter for skiing, it's very convenient. For everyone else, the hotel is located far from restaurants and entertainment. The hotel itself is luxurious. But the breakfast is rather modest.

A most see place! You don't have to book a room to go into the cafe, pool or use other stuff. The cafe is a very good place to grab a cup of tea. Winter is the best season to check this place out. It also has snowmobiles in winter. The hotel rooms are very clean and the service is great. It also has a great view at outside if the hotel since the hotel is on top of the hill.

We went to the hotel to work from their conference hall and it was very comfortable, everything is ready, you just need to start your work. But the most important part is the air, nature, and food! Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Due to some small issue they upgraded my cottage without any additional charges. Overall it was nice stay. It was little strange that breakfast option was not available in my selection at the time of booking But it wasn’t great deal since we aren’t early risers.

We stayed at the property in April 2025. It is located close to the ski resort, and the overall compound is excellent, with plenty of amenities available. The staff was very supportive, and the breakfast was decent. Area of Improvement: Parking is not available near the reception area, which made luggage transfer a bit inconvenient.

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Housekeeping did a great job. The room was very Clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and good blackout curtains. The room was missing toothbrushes and I hope the hotel can improve on that .

This hotel is just yard away from the slopes and after a long day skiing all you want is to get to return to the room and rest. The rooms are basic, clean and have everything you need. The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to help and assist. We checked other hotel around and Alva cannot be faulted.

We are here now and what I can say is that this hotel is a really nice place for what we paid. It is designed so beautifully inside that you feel like you are in a palace. We spent a weekend here and it was very nice. Fortunately we chose a no-top season and we're lucky to get a 30% discount with which our stay was small budget.
