The hotel in the mountains has fresh air and a classic, elegant comfort.

The location is very nice, but the only problem is the lack of room service and the fact that the rooms are quite far from reception. Breakfast was nice, but there weren't many options. The quality was good, and the rooms were very nice and comfortable with air conditioning. However, there was no bidet in the bathroom.

The hotel has a great location and my room had the best view. From the room window, we could see Kecharis monastery and the entire sunrise. The property is huge with a range of amenities like pool, basketball court, tennis court etc. This both a boon and a bane as the room is a bit far from the reception with no shuttle service. Absolutely beautiful place... Receptionist was kinda unfriendly.

For those who come in winter for skiing, it's very convenient. For everyone else, the hotel is located far from restaurants and entertainment. The hotel itself is luxurious. But the breakfast is rather modest.

I went to many places, but this is the best place for skiing and it is very beautiful and it is a great hotel in the best place. I will definitely come back to this beautiful hotel.

A most see place! You don't have to book a room to go into the cafe, pool or use other stuff. The cafe is a very good place to grab a cup of tea. Winter is the best season to check this place out. It also has snowmobiles in winter. The hotel rooms are very clean and the service is great. It also has a great view at outside if the hotel since the hotel is on top of the hill.

Good place to stay. Nice hotel.

We stayed at the property in April 2025. It is located close to the ski resort, and the overall compound is excellent, with plenty of amenities available. The staff was very supportive, and the breakfast was decent. Area of Improvement: Parking is not available near the reception area, which made luggage transfer a bit inconvenient.

My rest in the hotel was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, excellent meal, homemade. The servey was kind and polite. The lication is good. My recomendations are to stay here for matching price and comfort.

Rooms are comfortable, food is good. The balconies offer a magnificent view of the mountains covered with forests. But at night you can be woken up by barking dogs that are on the property?

Hotel is an old property and situated at an elevated level hence difficult approach by walk. Staff is good and cooperative. Bedding and mattress need attention. Breakfast time is very restrictive (0900 -1000) and doesn't offers much choices fir vegans. Wifi access is poor to the rooms.

The best Hotel for moderate budget trips

Hotel alva is few minutes walk to the ropeway, breakfast is good and room is very clean. This hotel is just yard away from the slopes and after a long day skiing all you want is to get to return to the room and rest. The rooms are basic, clean and have everything you need. The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to help and assist. We checked other hotel around and Alva cannot be faulted.

Altough the rooms are a bit old and totally need renovation, the staff was really helpful ans friendly . The location is great it is located IN the Tsaghkadzor ski resort .

The best place to relax in Armenia

Sia Resort & Spa was a really great stay. The hotel was completed in Sept 2025 and we stayed here for our trip to Tsaghkadzor. Our Suite was very large and very clean with great modern interior. I stayed at Arthur's Aghveran Resort, and it was a really nice experience. The hotel is in nature, and we had a great time. Located in the forest, cottage was surrounded by amazing nature. Night lights playing in the white snow were the most beautiful phenomena I have ever seen. In side of this wonderland the service was poor. Temperature in the rooms was low and we had to take second manta. Assortment of food was also far away from good. In the early morning I saw cockroaches and It was the end of my patience.

Since there were no reviews for 2023 we decided to try our luck, but desperate. Only the view and outside of hotel was good. Both openair swim pool and closed one were clean. The rooms (301: 303) are dilapidated , bed utilities with holes from sigarette (photo attached) and even lamp were "tortured". The rooms and toilet were clean but pretty old, so it looked not esthetic . It is very disappointing...

It's a nice resort, surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was really helpful. The breakfast was simple. It's a nice place to spend a vacation and get inspiration.
