The location is very nice, but the only problem is the lack of room service and the fact that the rooms are quite far from reception. Breakfast was nice, but there weren't many options. The quality was good, and the rooms were very nice and comfortable with air conditioning. However, there was no bidet in the bathroom.

For those who come in winter for skiing, it's very convenient. For everyone else, the hotel is located far from restaurants and entertainment. The hotel itself is luxurious. But the breakfast is rather modest.

A most see place! You don't have to book a room to go into the cafe, pool or use other stuff. The cafe is a very good place to grab a cup of tea. Winter is the best season to check this place out. It also has snowmobiles in winter. The hotel rooms are very clean and the service is great. It also has a great view at outside if the hotel since the hotel is on top of the hill.

We stayed at the property in April 2025. It is located close to the ski resort, and the overall compound is excellent, with plenty of amenities available. The staff was very supportive, and the breakfast was decent. Area of Improvement: Parking is not available near the reception area, which made luggage transfer a bit inconvenient.

This is a very special hotel in Tsaghkadzor. I suppose it was originally built and decorated in the Soviet time and probably was outright luxurious at the time. This hotel is just yard away from the slopes and after a long day skiing all you want is to get to return to the room and rest. The rooms are basic, clean and have everything you need. The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to help and assist. We checked other hotel around and Alva cannot be faulted.

Since there were no reviews for 2023 we decided to try our luck, but desperate. Only the view and outside of hotel was good. Both openair swim pool and closed one were clean. I had an excellent stay at Garni Hinyard. The hotel has a beautiful garden and a lovely pool, perfect for relaxation. My wife and I stayed here in June and it was an amazing experience. The premises is full of trees and is tranquil. The staff is pleasant and hospitable. The rooms are clean and well furnished. And the food was delectable! Tsaghkatun is a magical and quaint place to spend your vacation. I can only imagine how beautiful it is during the winter.

The hotel is located close to the cable car - about 15 minutes on foot. Not suitable for those who come to ski - there is no place to dry clothes or leave equipment. Rather, it is for families who come to relax for the weekend. They smoke everywhere, it is impossible to hide from the smoke even in your room.

We had a very pleasant stay at Visota 1880. The room was spacious and well laid out, featuring a master bedroom, a small extra room for kids, and a kitchen. The service was friendly, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, it was a very good experience.
