The Hyatt is dirty, the pool is dirty too, the rooms are dirty and they don't let guests bring their own.

Hello, I reserved this hotel for 1 night for my mother (october 2022). She was very satisfied with the hotel. The location is good. The hotel is clean. My mother was very touched with the Lady at the reception of this hotel. She was very kind, very attentive and carefull. When she knew, that my mother was diabetic, she cooked a special meal for her breakfast. It was tasty. And the breakfast was really nice ans various. So I'm very gratefull to the Lady for her kindness and attention for my mother. My mother said, that if she needs to have a night in Erevan, she'll go to this hotel again. Thank you.

Eventhough its a bit far from the center, i highly commended the staff in bloor hotel. They made us feel at home.
