Awful and dirty management and full of bugs

I've had a very bad experience there. First of all the kitchen, refrigerator and laundry were public. The kitchen was always messy with unpleasant smells. I was gonna stay January 1st to 19, but I found so many bugs in the room and couldn't stand more. So I left the place 4 days earlier that my reservation I told host about it and I even updated my reservation on Airbnb to January15th. I left on January 15th and host knocked my door to check out at 12 and gave me rush. I packed immediately and left and before leaving, I checked Airbnb and my request which was sent to host but was pending, so I asked host about it and he said it just takes time on Airbnb and you will get confirmed and get the refund. I left on 15th and today is 20th and he never confirmed my request on Airbnb and still haven't gotten my refund. Never try this place if you want to be in peace unless you want headaches and empty promises...
