Jermuk Moscow Health Resort in Jermuk

Our stay in Armenia was short, but it's worth coming to this hotel for 1-2 weeks. The resort is all-inclusive, the food is healthy, the rooms are spacious. On the first day we had a doctor appointment where he recommended a couple of treatments based on your health issues.
The internet is good.
Overall we enjoyed the service and the place.

A good health resort if you like mineral waters. Physiotherapy, which not only helps to relax, but also treats joint diseases. Friendly staff and excellent service. Daily free transfer to mineral water sources. Good cuisine and three meals a day.

Jermuk Moscow Health Resort, and it’s been amazing! The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, the food is delicious and healthy, and there are so many great health procedures to try. Rooms are warm, and are cleaned everyday.
The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings make it the perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommend!

We rested and received treatment in this wonderful place with my husband in November 2023 for 12 days! We planned in advance and wanted to combine seeing Armenia and treatment in a sanatorium! Compared to sanatoriums in the Caucasus, prices are several times cheaper and the service is simply European! While driving to Jermuk we visited sights, monasteries, temples along the way! The beauty of Armenia impresses with its mountains, canyons, waterfalls and of course hospitality! At the reception we were greeted warmly and like family! We booked a double standard and were given a two-room suite without any additional charges! The sanatorium has beautiful architecture! I was very pleasantly surprised by the all-inclusive food at the highest level! It was as if we were in the restaurant the whole time! The chef is simply awesome!! Despite the small number of vacationers, the food was plentiful and varied! We were always treated to wine at lunch! I also liked the treatment and the mud definitely helps! The medical staff is responsive, cultured and everyone knows their job! There were no queues, there weren’t many people, we got everything done before lunch! They always took us to the drinking gallery, even if there were only two of us! There are flower beds around the sanatorium, the road to the drinking gallery is always clear, it’s very beautiful, we then just walked, they fed us deliciously so as not to gain weight, so we went!😃 there’s a beautiful waterfall within walking distance! You can admire it every day! The weather was great too! You can organize excursions from the sanatorium, which is what we did! In general, thanks to all the staff! We consider ourselves lucky that we visited you for treatment and saw Armenia! It was interesting! Safe! Beautiful! We think we'll come back again and recommend it to our friends! Very professional

This is not just a hotel it is a Sanatorium Sanatoriy! U come here to take some treatments to improve your health (Spa is about well being, this one is different!) The rooms we were given ( another pleasant upgrade for all 5 of us on this trip) are comfy, large and clean. Balconies and nice views ! The owner and the personnel were helpful and sympathetic. For dinner we did not stay , as we did not like the concept ( but I was told that the quests prefer it this way). The hotel could arrange you also a driver to get to geysers (it is not close to the hotel !) - we were very happy to go with Ervand. We liked our Sanatoriy !

I had an excellent stay here. Very nice corner room on 3rd floor. Everything was spotless clean and bed was comfortable.
A special thank you to receptionist Diana who really went the extra mile for me and helped with everything. During the evening buffet, she even ran after me to help me translate the food options. I do not think I was ever that well taken care of at any hotel.
