I have stayed in more than 30 hotels across different countries, and I have never experienced such disrespectful and humiliating treatment toward guests. This place fails on every basic level of hospitality. The food is bad, the service is unacceptable, the toilets in the rooms do not work properly, and some rooms have a persistent, unpleasant smell. Nothing here reflects even the minimum hotel standards. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing stay, and I strongly advise others not to stay in this hotel. Never again.

The staff, the location is great, but the bed covers in the most expensive rooms are awful. It’s high time the manager changed them. The clearness of the rooms were awful this year though paying nearly 79$ per night. The massage rooms were awful as well. They were too tiny and noisy.No privacy at all.

Disappointing, the spa is never open. No Wi-Fi in the room, very average canteen, uncomfortable room, outdated, it looks like the bathroom is under construction. The only good thing is the kindness of the girls at the self service
