Upon arrival, a beautiful bouquet of roses (which I had requested in advance) was waiting in our room – a delicate touch that set the tone right away. The staff were truly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The room was huge, making our stay very comfortable. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, especially the billiard table and the swimming pool.
A few small points could be improved: in mid-September there was no heating, and it quickly felt cold after stepping out of the shower. In addition, the breakfast and dinner buffet lacked a bit of variety.
That being said, I still give 5 stars, because the setting, the kindness of the staff, and the sense of complete disconnection made our stay a truly pleasant experience.
