This was one of the nicest hotels i have stayed in. The hotel is brand new and so everything is so modern and clean. I loved my room, the decor, the pool area, the restaurant, reception, everything was perfect. They even had a library and games room. And the front desk staff were exceptional too!

On the way from Yerevan to south-east Armenia , almost after 140 KM after Vayk city visit the Jermuk area which is famous for its mineral water and springs and spend peacefull moments there. Mossele Armenia is a real five-star renovated hotel in this area with superb services and kind staff at the every corner. There is a large beautiful in door pool and some gaming rooms with limited options. As well and a small bar. SPA unfortunately was not working and the room has no colling air conditioning system.

The hotel is located in the city center! We really liked the hotel, cozy, calm. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy. The food is very tasty, especially the breakfast 🥞 The view from the window is just gorgeous. I really liked the library, there is such an atmosphere and different books. I hope to return for the summer season.

My husband and I thought for a long time about where to spend our vacation and eventually chose the Armenia Hotel in Jermuk!!! We really liked everything!! We stayed in the second building, which is 120 meters from the main building. The rooms are large with a balcony overlooking the mountains, our balcony looked at the cable car. Meals are three times a day, varied, you will definitely not go hungry, plus there are also medical procedures, exercise therapy, mineral baths, Charcot shower, Vichy, inhalations, massage and much more. When you arrive, you are given a small medical book, you go to the doctor and he prescribes procedures for you. Both the doctors and the nurses are so nice and polite!! There is also a pool, by the way, very clean, swimming is a pleasure!!! We were very pleased!

Time to time each of us need a reboot to wash away tiredness. This is a great place to relax and give you body treatment it deserved. You will receive your own health passport, then the magic begins. Make sure to ask for clay bath (this is extra and usually not included in treatment plan)

We had a short stop at Jermuk Armenia Resort during our daytrip to Jermuk. Jermuk is renowned for its sanitarium and health facilities. They say that the spring water in Jermuk has medicinal qualities so we gave it a try just for the experience. The water though potable did not taste good. There is a huge man-made lagoon at the site and plenty of pine trees in the area. The colorful flowers in the garden adds beauty to the landscape.

By the side water if different temperature available to drink. Good for health and amazing to taste in different temperatures. Must buy an empty paper glass for 100 Dram in the near by shopmat entrance and taste water in different temperatures. Near by Hyaat hotel also available children play area,eateries,shopping available. Also dont forget to buy boiled corn from street vendors

We had a terrible time on our family visit. The list is endless from below average meals to zero amenities. We were told about spa facilities and on reaching, we were told to go to another hotel, their facilities are shut for a year without any information. Aircon doesn’t work nor do they have standing fans. Their breakfast area is also very unclean and badly maintained. The worst part is that the staff doesn’t care, nor does the owner.

One of the best hotels in Jermuk is the Armenia Spa Hotel. The location of the hotel is very affordable, near the centre, the gallery of Mineral Waters, and the waterfall, which is only 15 minutes away. The service at the hotel was at a very high level. The staff is very friendly to  every guest, including me. The hotel also has a shuttle service, using which you can visit other historical and interesting places. The drivers are very experienced and friendly .  And in the evening, you can have a cup of tea and coffee, enjoy a wonderful piece of dashnabur. The rooms in the hotel are large and spacious, the main thing is that they are clean and comfortable. There is a large balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The food at the hotel is incredibly delicious, fresh, and varied. Thank you to all the staff for organising my pleasant and interesting vacation .
