Everything was great, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. The hosts were welcoming and helpful.

It's alright, the price is very cheap.

Located near Liberty Square. Please note that the entrance door is always closed. The hotel entrance is on the 5th floor.

Good position, and the owner Lylia was so sweet and understanding. It's on the last floor without elevator, for me no problem, but for someone else could be. And no air conditioning, that in the night can be too hot. Loved most the owner, position and free breakfast she provided before usual bevause i was checking out early

Excellent location (main attractions within walking distance), hospitable hosts Aram and Lilia are happy to help and advise you whenever needed! A bonus – a view of Mount Ararat from the window. Excellent value for money! I definitely recommend it!

Awfully hot rooms without air conditioner. Terribly noisy, the Russian guys stay up late every night, talk and laugh loudly, smoke and bother the other guests. I regret that I chose this place. Five floors without elevator. The breakfast was like a joke.
