We spent an amazing week in Yerevan and stayed in Domino Yerevan Hotel. Our family room was fully equipped with everything we needed. The room was clean and tidy. The children loved the bunk bed. One thing stood out: this hotel has the most amazing and nicest host we have ever experienced. A big shout out to him! Thanks for having us, we highly recommend staying here.

This property was where I was planning to stay during my visit to Armenia. I made the reservation through the Agoda app, and I reached out the day before check-in to request a late arrival. Only then was I informed that their partnership with Agoda had ended long ago, and as a result, my reservation—scheduled for the very next day—was effectively canceled.
Not only do I now have no place to stay in Armenia, but this experience has left me with no desire to visit the country at all. I was forced to change my travel destination entirely, which led to additional expenses for new reservations, booking changes, and cancellation fees at other accommodations.
On top of that, I am now expected to contact Agoda myself just to request a refund.
Even if the host is no longer able to retrieve booking information due to the termination of their partnership with Agoda, I believe it is extremely irresponsible to continue operating this way without proactively notifying guests. As a host, there is a basic level of accountability owed to travelers, and this situation reflects a serious lack of that responsibility.
I am disappointed and frustrated by how this matter was handled, especially considering the time, money, and effort that go into planning international travel.

Domino Yerevan Hostel is a great option for budget travelers looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay near the heart of Yerevan. The hostel is located just a few minutes walk from the main street, which is full of restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they are always happy to give recommendations for things to do in the city. The room we took was great for 4 people, and it had bathroom itself. The hostel also has a kitchen, that you can cook there.
One minor downside of the hostel is that the corridors can be a bit confusing, so it can be difficult to find your way around at first. However, this is a minor issue, and overall Domino Yerevan Hostel is a great place to stay in Yerevan.

Our stay at this hostel was really great. The location is perfect, we stayed here for 3 days and we really enjoyed it. The hotel staff is very kind. Highly recommend for budget travelers.

Our room was super clean and very spacious. The girls working at the reception were so sweet and helpful. Thanks, Lusine and Angela! We also used their tours and had amazing time. A hostel I'd definitely recommend and stay again when visiting Yerevan.

We booked two beds and travelling from Georgia to Armenia all night long. Then we lost over one hour to find that place. Even neighbours didn't know about this hostel. There was no sign with name etc. When we found it there was no one inside, nobody answer telephone. I wrote mail and they wrote me back in 10mins. ,We are full, there is no place for you'.
And that's it.
Don't bother, save your time and find different place.
