Terrible experience! I booked a room here through Booking.com, spent money on taxis to get there, only to find out they didn’t actually have the room they advertised. This place is absolutely not where you want to book for your vacation. I do NOT recommend it at all. If you want to ruin your trip like mine was ruined, feel free to give it a try. At the end, the old lady just said “sorry” but her sorry doesn’t cover my wasted time, taxi costs, or the stress of going back and forth. Completely unacceptable.

The manager is the absolute worseshe screams at people she curses at them she disrespects them she has no patcience and she will not help you at all. When i was there my father fixed her cithcen, and two days later she kicked us out

Very bad experience at this place. The rooms were not clean at all, and the 6-bed dormitory had no fan, which made it very uncomfortable. The administrator (Naira) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She even tried to grab a knife from me while I was cooking, and on my last day, she insulted me and harassed me in front of other guests, making me feel embarrassed and unsafe.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This is not the kind of hospitality I was expecting..So if you plan to stay for one or 2 nights it's okay I think but if more than that I don't recommend at all

Well I would love to give it a 0. At bookingcom it looks amazing but I arrived and they didn't want to give me the room I booked. I could stay only 1 night for the same price. I left. They are rude. Terrible scammers! Don't go there.

It is one of the best hostels I ever stayed in. Although it is outside of the city center, it is easily reachable with a multitude of buses. The train station is in a short walking distance, which is a plus.

The interior of the hostel is very new and in a great shape, everything was incredibely clean. The kitchen is well equiped, and the outside patio is perfect for hanging out. The rooms offer comfortable beds with curtains for privacy, and are not overcrowded at all. There is no noise comming from the street at night, since the hostel is hidden at the end of an alley.

The staff were incredibely nice, accomodating and helpful. From a personal experience I can say that I managed to mistake a 10000amd note for a 1000amd one, and thus massively overpay for my stay. Immediately after noticing my mistake, the manager informed me of it and returned my money. I believe that this speaks to how well they view and treat their guests, especially since I would have never realized my mistake on my own.
