New nice house. The room was freshly and stylishly renovated, I think that no one had lived there before us, because it was clear that everything was new and clean. Not a very large room for three, but it was comfortable. Very hospitable and friendly owner. Nearby there is a small supermarket, food court and a hotel where you can exchange currency for drams (special ATM). To the center by taxi ~10 minutes.

I really liked the accommodation. Firstly, the location is great, close to the center, there are many shops and food outlets nearby. Very friendly hostess, treated us to fruits from her own garden. The room is spacious, clean, there are slippers and towels. Thank you for the welcome!

The location is quite remote, you can only take a taxi to go out, the furniture in the room smells too bad, you can only open the door to ventilate!

The guest house is located away from the road where buses go, so it is quiet and calm. You can get there from the airport by bus number 100 for 300 AMD (Central Bus Station stop). Not a bad option if you have a long layover in Yerevan and need to wait for the next flight - cheap, clean, everything you need is there (shower, dishes, kettle), you just can't cook food, there is no stove for guests, but there is a microwave. It is difficult to find a place to eat near the guest house, there is no cafe with home-cooked food, no supermarket. Along the road there is only a cafe where they cook shashlik and a small shop. We had a good rest between flights, it is quiet and calm here.
