Loved Byron Springs! It’s slightly further from the main area of Byron, a gorgeous peaceful location, but still an easy walk to the main ***** and beaches.
The house is lovely and well appointed with great amenities, the bed was a bit firm for me but overall it was an amazing stay ❤️

A wonderful haven - clean with a super beach type vibe the Byron Srpings is a great place to stay! Confy beds, delicious brownies, friendly people, quiet location not far from the action and all in all just a lovely place to stay!

Really lovely spot a short walk to Byron bay. Laura was so helpful with everything, there were brownies (absolutely delicious) in the common area and they also left a little continental breakfast out for us in the room. Really nice, clean and comfy!

I can recommend. Free parking, a bit far from downtown but doable. Free brownie every day is a plus😁

Very characteristic place, nice touch with the brownies. Was a bit of a damp smell in our room assuming from the humidity and wooden panelling but overall pleasant stay.

Simply top notch from booking to departure. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short because of Cyclone Alfred. Everything is so comfortably furnished. It just makes you feel good. There is coffee and tea in the room and in the common room and the homemade brownies are amazing. Laura is a great host.

The room is small, and the location is good. It's only half an hour's walk from Byron Bay. There are many restaurants around, which can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The public area of the hotel is nice. The WI-FI is very powerful. It's a good place to work while traveling.

My good score is for the delicious food. Four of us dined here for lunch and I had the special salad of the day which was chopped veg w herbs and a tahini dressing for $16. My husband enjoyed the polski breakfast although they didn't have the fish on the menu so he had salmon instead. I believe that a few drinks written on the board were not available such a kombucha, etc. Points are lost for the service- I think there may be cultural differences where there is no greeting or words spoken are not acknowledged.

Food was lovely when it arrived, however an hour for a cheese toastie is far too long. We saw the waiter give half our food to another table and then offered no apology just calling it a 'Mix-up'. All the food arrived at different times and none of the staff seemed to care about the delay. Drinks were relatively quick and nice so would recommend for those.

This restaurant should get a 5 star review. It has all the potential of a great restaurant, its beautiful and does do good food. Sadly the service at The Roadhouse brings it so far down that I won't be going back and I think you'll agree it will have you wanting to leave very quickly. For the price tag this place puts on it's food and drink you would expect your server to provide a level of service that at least would be considered courteous. You would be lucky to get a smile from someone here. More often than not its annoyed server with a sarcastic comment or just flat out rudeness. I tried to give this place a few chances I've been more than 5 times but every time is the same. Do yourself a favour and give it a miss, there are plenty of other great restaurants in Byron.
