Unit was very clean with ocean views
Only thing they need to do is pest control had a few small cockroach around the kitchen

Was fantastic weekend away, views were unreal

The main advantages of this property are the high-floor views, spacious apartments, and truly breathtaking scenery. Another important benefit is the location: the beach is just across the road, and there are many shops, restaurants, and other leisure facilities nearby, which makes the stay very convenient.
However, it seems that construction work will soon block these views, and the construction itself already interferes with a peaceful stay.
I understand that the management may not have full control over the construction, but some form of compromise or goodwill gesture could have been offered. Unfortunately, when I requested a short late check-out, I was given clear excuses and was not allowed to stay even a minute longer, which left a disappointing impression.
The stay also did not start as expected. We were initially placed in a smoking room, where we had to spend the first night.
That said, everything else about the apartments is good. They are well equipped and provide everything needed for living, relaxing, and working.

No obstruction of the beach. The only issue is that the unit on arrival was not in the expected clean condition. Property Manager was not made aware of this matter until departure

There were two major construction projects adjacent to our building with considerable noise. Otherwise it was a memorable stay.

We had a lovely stay. View fabulous. Unit’ spacious. Some appliances tired. It was trip we won’t forget.

Accomodation was great for our family, great beach access and views. Cleanliness could have been a bit better, but overall pretty good. Construction was a bit annoying but we had plenty of warning so knew that would be the case. Would definitely stay here again.

property could benefit from a facelift and better bedding. The fold out bed was very uncomfortable, not able to sleep on it.
