Absolutely horrible! 5mins in room- realized kitchen light didn't work at all! Bedroom lights and fans were controlled by 1 remote, turn light off in 1 room the other room's light turns on, same goes for the fans. Unliveable! Especially with no lights working in the kitchen! We asked for a refund as the place was unsafe to stay in. Was promised a full refund. Still fighting for our refund. My lawyer has sent our video footage for all the issues to the council and health and safety board. Videos will be uploaded to youtube once my lawyer has completed this issue. I booked a room, but when I arrived, no one answered the phone (I left a message). It looks like the place is closed for redevelopment, yet they’re still accepting bookings through the agency. Terrible experience!

This is place is dilapidated and a scam. We confirmed our booking, were charged for the night and no one was there to help us get into our room. There was two families waiting and trying to figure out what is going on. The number at reception was disconnected. This is a scam. We had to drive an extra 6 hrs with our toddler as we were stranded.

Very old place. It was at least clean. Vertical blinds missing so people on street can see in. Glad to leave. Domestic above us was fairly disturbing.

Average at best however awesome shower. Unclean blankets with hairs. Yes hairS on them. Dinner plates had hair also. Needs some work throughout. And a good clean.

Very old . Beds are hard and uncomfortable. The lounge was filthy. It looks a lot better in the pictures online. A lot of rules if you leave any rubbish in the room you are charged a fee . After 7pm you have to be quiet.Parking is limited we had to park on the street

The actually room was okay but the other guests not so much trying to sleep and hearing other couples arguing throwing stuff and shouting hitting things felt very unsafe. Other than that bed seemed clean and the rest of the apartment could use more parking aswell.
