Kitchen was good and tidy. It should be without teflon and aluminium on pots n pans. Bathroom
Sink needed repairs were done there. Would stay there again. Need some painting done on front doors

Friendly staff, seamless check-in, clean and comfortable room, with all the necessary inclusions for an apartment stay. The stairs weren't a problem for us, but if as an intended guest you need to be on a lower floor, don't forget to request a room without too many stairs!

1 night stay only. Wasn't aware stairs had to be used to get to 2nd floor, nothing in ads. Room was very noisy from vehicle traffic, until late. Room suited needs but wouldn't recommend for longer stays. Free parking was good. No breakfast, unable to comment.

It’s no Hilton but it’s clean, tidy and convenient .a good nights sleep and a cafe across the road for breakfast . What more do you want !?

I have to complain about this hotel. It is very important which side you live on. If you live on the side of the car entrance, you will face the electric door of the underground garage of the opposite apartment building. It will not be quiet all night. No matter how late it is, there are cars entering and exiting the apartment building. The sound of the electric door is hard to describe. When I contacted the hotel, they said they didn't want to talk to me. I don't know if it's because I am Asian like them. There are mosquitoes in the room. The front desk didn't have mosquito coils. They gave me a bottle of insecticide, which turned out to kill cockroaches.

Overall is reasonable except :

On the secound day of our stay, we went out our room around 11 am and change the hanging sign from "Don't Disturb" to "Make up Room" and also verbally talked to the reception. But the room didn't make up on that day. The towels were already dropped on the floor so we don't have clean towels on that day (we back to the room after 7 pm, don't have any staff that we can ask).

Order and pay as you enter; pretty much self-serviced for drinking water and condiments. Food served fairly quickly. Good portion for its price. We have 2 dishes among 3 of us.

The waitresses are not nice. They never smile and looks like we own them money. It is not me but also some friends have the same feelings. The restaurant should find some friendly waitress.
Despite of that, most of the food are nice.
Special lunch during weekdays are not recommended.

Promoted products without being overly annoying and/or frustrating.

Generally very friendly staff, however, will not push you into a conversation if you aren't into that.

Waiting time is what you would expect from a McDonald's with especially exceptional times during the breakfast rotation.

Only down side is that they often appear to be lacking staff in comparison with other McDonald's that I have dined at.

In comparison to the rest of McDonald's stores in Brisbane - I am pleased that I have never been told that the Ice-cream machine is not working.

On occasion, I will see costumers waiting for fries to be cooked while if you look over, they are only using up half of the fry cooker.

Overall, an amazing experience and will return as well as recommend to all my friends and family.

Terrible waiting !
Didn’t have boxes for happy meal and the friendliness of the staff was horrible specially a lady called Bridgett.
Which was not happy when I complained about the waiting and not having the boxes so she almost thrown the meal at me...

Terrible service. Three orders on screen and it still took over 5 minutes to receive the food. The girl on counter seemed to not give a flying f about anything, clearly is incapable of working even remotely hard. If you want better service, just head up the road to Milton McDonalds, can guarantee you'll have a much better experience.

As per the Zarraffa's brand - this Toowong branch has exceptional coffee that is made perfectly as ordered by the costumer.

On occasion, the service can be slow but this is excused as they are more than likely very busy and the quality makes up for any lost time.

The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, with no issue in making conversation to shop regulars.

My only complaint is that a few times when I have visited they have not had soy milk which is unfortunate.

Overall, a good experience.

the white chocolate mocha, it's probably 300 calories per sip but so very delicious. staff are cool and there's a fair amount of tables. it's in an open space in the middle of the shopping centre.
