Disappointed. This property is tired and dated.
I understand it’s a 3.5 star hotel however our apartment had smoke stained ceilings and walls, frayed carpet, mismatched furniture, smelled musty and is in desperate need of a makeover. I expressed my concerns to management and they didn’t care. I would not recommend The Summit Apartments and I won’t stay there again.

Pool has been under construction for at least 18months. Whole building could do with major renovation. Carpet in hallways are a trip hazard. Black mold in renovated bathroom roof. Reception fella was friendly. Location is good.

Was OK really but not worth the money sofa was riped the man on reception taken a call why he was checking me in and then started to provide the service for someone else and just left me to wait

We stayed here and we soon learned this place is full of prostitutes .. Room 606 has Asian prostitutes.. This room was across the hall from from us and we over heard a conversation about sexual acts and the costs involved.. We cut our stay short and checked out that same day.. Absolutely disgusting!!

Their service deserves no star at all, a zero star
Rooms dated and boring.
The Asian old lady at the back office is very rude, has no sense of courtesy, customer service is zero
My advice - this place is not worth your cent at all, there are better hotels/apartments just a few blocks from here that will provide outstanding service

It's ok - it's subway.

Disgusting customer service. First and last time at this Subway. Avoid this place. Make your own sandwich at home. The guy over charged me and then played dumb about it. It wasn't by much but if they doing it to everyone it all adds up.

Terrible customer service, sour looks and no manners. Not trained properly in how to make a sandwich with mine being wrapped up with most of the patty outside of the burger. Pretty poor for a company that prides themselves on being "sandwich artists"
