Terrible service. 30-minute wait time for average food. The server was obviously new, and was left on her own during the lunch hour rush. There were only 4 of us, but I felt very sorry for her as she battled with the POS system and struggled to complete the orders. Her supervisor arrived half way through the process, but started on other people's orders, meaning the people who ordered after us were actually served first. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

Extreeeemely slow and unattentive service and it takes even longer for the very average food to emerge from the kitchen once you do actually manage to order...

Unfortunately we were both rather disappointed with our experience. We decided to eat here based on the appealing menu options that are described online on the venue's menu. We were sadly disappointed to discover that both the items were not "on the menu tonight". The wait staff were very courteous when explaining this. However, after being served my second choice, the "Rib Eye Fillet" it became extremely obvious that the cut of meat was not rib eye and resembled a cheap cut of beef, perhaps a skirt steak? (other patrons were obviously in agreement as tables decided to join in and describe the fact that their cuts of meat were sub-standard and not worth the money that they had paid. Never in my time have I seen a restaurant full of patrons form some form of allegiance of disappointment. I only hope that the skirt steaks were donated to the RSPCA so that the food was not wasted. Again, to reiterate, the wait staff were great however the "manager" needs a basic lesson in common courtesy. A disappointing experience all round.
