I stayed here 2 times several weeks apart, and both times I found the motel to be affordable, well equipped and clean as can be.

A great location with proximity to the airport and a nice walkable riverfront neighborhood. Both times I walked to the IGA and a nice collection of shops and restos by the river.

My only quibble is the paperwork and emails back and forth to get the room sorted each time. I think it’s a mom and pop operation but they need to make the booking much simpler.

I absolutely hated this place. It’s tired, run-down, with paper-thin walls and decor that looks frozen in the 80s. The worst part was arriving in the evening to find reception closed, then being forced to deal with staff on the end of a phone who were unhelpful, needlessly difficult, and seemed to take pleasure in being obstructive. An all-around miserable experience.

Great place to stay as we had an early flight the next morning. The room was very spacious and quiet. Restaurants and shops were a short walk away.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations; the restaurant is closed and there's construction. Our room, however, had been refurbished. They tried to make it 'smoke-free' by spraying some kind of citronella, but the smell only went away after two hours with the window open. The elevator didn't quite reach our floor, and after we reported it, they declared it 'out of order.' The bathroom facilities were fine, and we did sleep well. Nearly every hotel here is called 'Airport,' so we went to the wrong one first. It's also further from the airport than we expected, costing 20 AUD for a taxi. So, at the moment, it's not really recommended, but the price was good.

Reception lady was so good and we arrived early so she asked us to leave our luggages in a store room and she explained everything in a professional manner .Room was spacious and near to airport and WiFi was working but 2 feedback I want to give please renovate bathroom and when I entered I can felt the sewerage smell comes from the toilet.I sprayed perfume and Room freshener but still strong odour came from toilet.
And then sink hot water tap made so much noise so we used only hot water tap and we can gear all conversation from next room and it was noisy

The hotel is very close to the airport and the room is quite spacious. For Lisbon, getting two rooms at this price offers good value for money. However, the facilities are a bit old; the kettle had a lot of residue and couldn't be used.

Very nice motel, clean room and bathroom. Perfect for an overnight stay and only 11 minutes from the airport. After hours checkin was well explained in the email so had no troubles with that at all

Food tasted nice but waited 15 minutes for drink orders to be taken. Then had to wave them over for another drink. We felt basically ignored Waited another 10 mins for food orders then food took 20 minutes to come out.

Yet somehow people who arrived after us received their food before us. I don’t like giving bad reviews but hopefully Gino’s clue up their waiters a bit better as this would make them a great restaurant

The staffs are friendly and welcoming. Service was prompt. However, the food is disappointing. We ordered gnocchi and prawn pasta, both cooked in tomato sauce. The gnocchi was over cooked, the sauce was very watery. The prawns were not fresh, the prawn head was black and flesh was flaky.

Great pizzas !!! Have 10 times the flavour and toppings than Dominos or Pizza Hut. Go the New Orleans or New Mexico.

Pizza was extremely poor, Pizza Hut could've done a better job for a $20 pizza. On top of that, the staff is a joke. Instead of saying "Hi, welcome to Pizza Capers" she randomly asked me straight away in a frustrated manner if I'm an Uber delivery driver. Um, no I'm not, I'm a customer you stupid lady! Don't bother, and to all the customers, make your own pizza at home for a better pizza.

I got the lunch special with a side of dipping bread. It was really good! I had the personal pepperoni and it was very filling, and had a great amount of kick. The dipping bread was just beautiful! Good amount of cheese, and it was cut into little strips that were the perfect size. I guess we got there just as they were closing up because after serving us we found the doors locked when we tried to get another drink.

Very tasty pizza, but service was a bit confused when we ate in. My companion was allowed to take a beer straight from the fridge, but had to ask for it to be opened, and for a glass. Drinking water came later. Our meat eater coped with the vegetarian Arancini pizza.

Not even worth of one star but had to add one in order to leave my comments. I ordered Nachos, and they looked like Doritos (bought from the supermarket), with about appeared to be about 10 chips poured on the plate, topped with what looked like bottled sauce (probably also bought from the supermarket) and then 'garnished' with grated cheese that wasn't even melted. The Nachos tasted terrible, it was literally chips, fake sauce and cold grated cheese. I couldn't believe it. I also ordered a cocktail which was served to me in a plastic cup (the kind you would see at a 5 year old's birthday party) and it tasted very sweet and was bright red, I couldn't even taste the alcohol and actually wondered they didn't put any in to perhaps save a few bucks... Service was terrible; waiter looked like he belonged in a Tattoo Parlour and it almost seem like the restaurant was a 'side gig' to something else. Disgraceful and will never go back.

Terribly food, if you can call it that. I have never experienced food this bad, it tastes straight from a bottle, the cosmopolitan tasted exactly like red cordial. I never complain in my life about food, however this is something that is worth complaining for. I just couldn’t believe what we were served, unfortunately. I will never go back ever, even if it’s the last place on earth.

Amount of food vs cost was a little disappointing. I found the food over priced, not particularly nice, and somewhat greasy. With so much competition in the "fresh Mexican" market, I was surprised you're still going....
Until I tried the chocolate nachos. Lord as my witness, they're the best take away dessert I've ever had. They stopped this review from being a 1 star review, and while I'll never buy anything else you sell, will definitely return for those!
