I arrived early than official check in time, so I was waited at lobby. Receptionist told me will remind me once the room ready. After waited 3 hours, and I saw a lot of people checked in, I asked the receptionist and found she forgotten me.
The mug in the room was dirty, towel dirty, drill renovation noise before 7am in the morning, honestly quite disappointed. I recorded the drill noise but cannot upload video here.
Cons: The room is not well shaded so it is very bright in the morning, there are few parking spaces and they are far from the entrance, and I don't understand why there is a staircase at the back but it cannot be used.
Rooms are well-equipped and clean and the receptionist is very helpful. There are no communal areas in the hotel. Note that check-in closes at 8pm.
