I recently stayed at this property and found the overall experience to be reasonable. The service met expectations and the staff were consistently friendly and courteous. However, the room was noticeably dark, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

What left me particularly disappointed was the handling of a lost item. I accidentally left my iPhone charger in the room after checkout, and despite following up, it could not be located or returned. This raises concerns about the training and attention to detail within the housekeeping team. I travel frequently to destinations such as Japan and China, where lost items are handled with exceptional care, so this was unexpected.

I hope management will take this feedback constructively and strengthen their housekeeping procedures moving forward.

We had a great stay here! Sure the room was clean & the bed/pillows were comfy, and the A/C worked great - but we were especially impressed with the service we received from the front end staff at check in. A special shout out to Julie who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional.

Spacious and clean rooms and service was excellent. Location was fine for someone travelling through town. Breakfast was very good and offered a very good range!

Very handy to Brisbane Entertainment Centre, though a bit too far to walk on a very humid evening. Parking at the Entertainment Centre turned out to be easy n reasonably priced, and it was so easy to drive to and from Brisbane International Virginia. Lovely Reception staff, and clean, comfortable room.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, just loved the in ground pool and great parking. The staff were friendly and helpful . The sprawling gardens complimented the relaxed atmosphere and I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend and use again in my future travels to Brisbane

Great experience staying at this hotel.
Clean room, comfy beds and great breakfast.
Easy access to local shops if you need anything and the free parking for 1 car which is a great bonus 👌.
Also close to Brisbane Airport.
The staff are absolutely fantastic especially Renalda who checked us in and also there at checkout. Pete who drove the shuttle to get in and out of the Entertainment Centre, which was an interesting experience for him lol and he did it seamlessly.
Overall we had a great time staying there and will definitely stay again.

Myself and our daughter had booked our rooms! When we arrived the fellow said that he could move us closer to each other! We were really happy about that!! It was done without any hesitation!!
