Second time we stayed at the hotel, it was as great as the first time we were there. Friendly service, able to do late check in. The venue was clean & welcoming. Room was excellent, neat & tidy, very comfortable beds. Most importantly, very quiet which allows us to rest well. We will set it as our first choice of accommodation.

The first day, when we checked in, my daughter found a tiny broken glass piece on the carpet, otherwise it’s all good

A quick rest place before heading up to Gold Coast and after arrived from a 8hr light. A tidy and suitable place for a family of 4 with young children. 👍 Staff is friendly and overall corresponding was clear and refund of deposit via cash was easy. LO left her JamJam behind and sad each time she thought of it…

The check in process is easy and flawless. Reception staff were very responsive.

The reception were quite hospitable and very generous. They genuinely cared. We booked last minute due some issues with our airbnb and were grateful for this option.

I stayed at this hotel for one night during a long layover. My friend picked me up from the airport, so it only took about 15 minutes to get there by car. The room was clean, and the bed was large and comfortable, which was great. However, there were hardly any amenities, so you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, body soap, shampoo, etc. A hairdryer was provided, and there were two types of towels...

Close to Brisbane Airport and shopping mall nearby and bus terminal leading to city and others. Friendly services including good breakfasts before planning for next visits.

The room did not meet our expectations. There were bed bugs, and there was no elevator to the area where we were allocated. This was not specified, especially considering my wife recently had surgery. I spoke with the manager upon checkout, as the room requires pest control as soon as possible.

Rooms and pool look really nice but it is nothing like it, need to do a lot of updating, it’s a shame as it’s in a great location for what we needed it for.

Stayed here twice. First time was really good, the second time the room had still some rubbish. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet. Location is great, close to mega mall and public transport. Breakfast was simple - no cheese or yogurt - but ok. The only negative thing is the WiFi. It is slow and hangs sometimes. It also has a minimal quota.

The location is excellent, making it super convenient to go anywhere. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are more than enough for a family. Breakfast is all-you-can-eat, preventing excessive waste. The kitchen has its own utensils, so you can prepare simple meals. It's great value for money!

Our unit was clean and compact ...just the essentials. Our complimentary breakfast made for a easy and convenient start to our day. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was in a good condition however I found difficult in adjusting the air con, was hot and cold all night. The continental breakfast was not so great but nevertheless, the restaurant was very clean. Would I come back again? No. Thanks!

The room was ideal and in a great location. The washing machine and dryer was perfect as we had been in OZ for 4 weeks before heading to Hamilton Island for a week

Excellent for a nice easy overnight stay, close access to Brissy airport. Walking distance to Hamilton North Shore resturants. Unfortunately their coffee machine was broken during our stay but I'm sure this is more of a minor inconvinience for only some. Bed was easy and comfy, enough space in the room (compared to the likes of the airport hotels for much much more per night) to open your suitcase...

We just needed somewhere to stay that was affordable that was close to the Brisbane International airport for an early flight. I'm so glad we picked Hotel Kingsley. We were greeted by the lovely managers and was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The location is near many restaurants and the amazing Hamilton Hotel (pub). It's less than a 15 minute drive to the airport. Perfect. Many thanks

We stayed at this hotel for a night. The people here are amazing, friendly and hospitable. Clean rooms, bed are comfortable and very good facilities. They offer a shuttle bus to the airport which is a great. Very helpful and friendly couple. Thank you for having us.

All the staff are very welcoming, helpful and polite. Breakfast was great....Bircher muesli, Special board breakfast, poached eggs, etc Coffee lovely Complimentary items in rooms/fridge and cookies on reception all great. On a very busy road but, good short walk to river cat, shops, restaurants etc and airport. Definitely recommend and would use again. Good location for joining cruise

We stayed here with our family and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and quiet, which made our stay very relaxing. The breakfast options were good and fresh. The staff were very kind and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Fantastic hotel, staff were lovely especially Helen and her husband. The rooms were nice and modern, the A/C being on on arrival was a nice touch along with the complimentary water and chocolates. Free shuttle to the airport was super handy as well, van was nice, clean and modern compared to some other free shuttles I've been in. 5/5 experience, will stay again when travelling through Brisbane again

Great room for a great price, with an excellent location. No complaints at all with this hotel. Nice to have a balcony, and good water pressure in a shower. Considering my previous experiences with other hotels, this was a pleasant surprise

We have stayed here on numerous occasions because of the location, pool and gym. The common areas are always clean and tidy and the cleaner is always smiling and friendly. We had room 306 on the 3rd floor on this occasion which was very disappointing and in need of a major renovation. Small shower which constantly drips, the toilet runs internally and needs fixing, It's cabinetry, tiling and carpet...

I absolutely hated this place. It’s tired, run-down, with paper-thin walls and decor that looks frozen in the 80s. The worst part was arriving in the evening to find reception closed, then being forced to deal with staff on the end of a phone who were unhelpful, needlessly difficult, and seemed to take pleasure in being obstructive. An all-around miserable experience.

Great place to stay as we had an early flight the next morning. The room was very spacious and quiet. Restaurants and shops were a short walk away.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations; the restaurant is closed and there's construction. Our room, however, had been refurbished. They tried to make it 'smoke-free' by spraying some kind of citronella, but the smell only went away after two hours with the window open. The elevator didn't quite reach our floor, and after we reported it, they declared it 'out of order.' The bathroom facilities...

Reception lady was so good and we arrived early so she asked us to leave our luggages in a store room and she explained everything in a professional manner .Room was spacious and near to airport and WiFi was working but 2 feedback I want to give please renovate bathroom and when I entered I can felt the sewerage smell comes from the toilet.I sprayed perfume and Room freshener but still strong odour...

Staff were friendly and helpful. They let us prebook their shuttle to the airport which was very handy. Two bedroom suite was tidy and clean, one of the rooms didn’t have aircon though which was disappointing. The bathroom could do with a refresh as quite dated but aside from that it was a nice place to rest ahead of our flight

Not as close to the airport as thought, and although the free shuttle service to the airport was appreciated, it still cost AUD27 for an Uber ride from the Domestic terminal to the hotel. The hotel itself was ok, a budget option. It had good room amenities and the room cooled down nicely. The airport shuttle was great. There is black mold in the shower, and a lot of street noise. The beds were average.

Room was ok, but shuttle to airport was a hit n miss as they only have one van might be able to accommodate if it’s not already booked at the same time you need it.

The apartment is within walking distance to conference center and easy to take buses to get acorss the river. Inside the room, there is a kitchen, which would come handy if you want to cook.

The Staff members and the cleanliness of the hotel was a very high standard. The apartment is very convenient. Walking distance to the Pubs, Restaurants and Cafes. Basically all those places are great for eating. There is a Coles there in the area. Walking distance to the Brisbane CBD. Excellent for busses and trains as well, all very close by. I would highly recommend staying at West End Central Apartments

We stayed on third floor. Kitchen had everything you would need except no bowls? Laundry in apartment great set up. Comfy bed and great shower. It was quiet and very close to a lovely cafe, a bar and IGA. You can walk to Teneriffe ferry terminal and Gasworks district. We needed something near Royal Brisbane and Women's hospital so perfect location. Easy check in when you arrive before 6 pm

The location is great and the room is spacious. However, it’s obvious that the whole property is not well-maintained. The welcome greeting was the odour from the room. Thick dust was still accumulating at each corner. The aged limescale was the boldest statement I have ever heard, not mention that the fixed shower head is way too outdated.

Nice room in a spectacular location. Great if you have an early morning train or bus to catch, and easy walking to shops and restaurants. Stayed here last year and would stay again, but one star off for the room, which had tired furniture... I had a much nicer room for the $$$ during my last stay.

A good size one bedroom apartment with a huge tv and a kitchen with everything you need.microwave and a good size fridge and washing machine and dryer....at $250 a night..the best bang for your buck ... excellent 👌👍

Close to trains and not far from Queen St Mall. Had a bath which was wonderful. Clean and tidy. Staff were extremely friendly on checking in. Would stay again!

Very convenient location with the supermarket across the road. Just a few blocks to Bretts wharf also. Quiet in the evenings in terms of road noise, some noise from plumbing in other apartments. The mattress in the main bedroom wasn’t great, due for replacement I think.

We have stayed many times and have found the upstairs front [East facing] apartments to be clean, light, comfortable and quiet and the concierge service friendly and responsive. We had a few hiccups to start. Apartment had been refurbished but not properly equipped. But overall they were quick to correct some issues and took on board other issues that need to be rectified. We enjoy staying here

Not for families with prams Our apartment at Bridgewater terraces was comfortable and had a nice view of the river. However, there is no lift in the terraces which was very inconvenient for us with a lot of luggage and a stroller. There are a lot of stairs around the complex and I would not recommend staying there if you have a lot of baggage or a pram or any accessibility requirements.

Management was very accommodating. Beautiful location on the river, great access to the water ferry.

Apartment was clean, but could do with 'touching up'. The mattress could do with replacing. We also booked a room with a view, but the only view we had was the homeless tents in the park opposite the property.

Stayed there a weekend, the room was clean and had everything i needed,was within walking distance from cafes and pubs etc...staff were very helpful, the low point was that the bathroom was very small and also coming into and leaving the carpark wasnt good as my car scraped...probably wont stay there again..as i could get somewhere a lot bigger and nicer for what i paid.

Staff were amazing, and we were able to leave cases while we waited for our room. We were on floor 13, absolutely stunning views, especially at night when all lights were on. We arrived 2 1/2 hours earlier than check in time, it was Australia Day public holiday and 38deg C in Brisbane. Nevertheless, cheerful Charles, opened the carpark gates, welcomed us into our room early and oh Bliss, the air conditioning was already on making our room so very comfortable! 👏👏👏👏👏 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was my second year in a row staying at the Il Mondo hotel in Brisbane. It was just the same with excellent , friendly service and clean well kept rooms. Bonus pool for swimming! I will stay here every time I am in Brisbane.

The stay was in a great position for me, the room was a bit small. Overall it would have been a good stay expect for the Cockroaches 🪳 mainly in the bathroom area.
