Very comfortable budget motel. Pleasant check in and good location. Enjoyed a walk to the Wharf close by where we had a wonderful meal at Mr Wangs. Plenty of choice. Uber arrived within minutes and a short journey to the airport. I would definately do this again, a stress free departure. Thank you

Everything excellent apart from dishwashing facilities. Provided with a sponge pad and not a brush meant no handle, resulting in not able to give utensils a good wash, and putting hands into hot water. Otherwise NO problems. TV programmes available pretty poor options - or is this a Brisbane problem??

Was a Lovley and affordable place to stay

Noisy location. You can hear the traffic. Struggled to sleep. Asked for a quiet room but still noisy. Location is good as close to ferry stop.

Location was perfect for what we wanted plenty of street life and things to explore. There is plenty of nice cafes and restaurants in the area for food as well as eazymarts if you’d like the cheaper option

The location is good. The room is clean. Two things that needs to be updated. First thing is the bed, you need a solid firm bed. Secondly the carpet is dated, needs replacing.

This is probably the most unsatisfactory hotel I've ever booked on Ctrip. The room facilities were outdated, the cleanliness was inadequate, the pillows and duvet covers were of poor quality, it was very noisy at night, and the promised airport transfer service was not provided.

It's very close to the airport, and there's a free shuttle bus. The rooms were also very well maintained; it exceeded my expectations for a motel.

Vey basic hotel relatively close to the airport. Places to eat not close, so we ordered food to the hotel via Uber eats. Lots of mosquitos while we were there. No flyscreens on any of the windows, so received lots of bights. My husband wasn't impressed at all by this place. To me it served its purpose as a safe place to stay the night, comfortable bed with shower... before our overseas trip.

The location wasn’t the greatest. There’s not much around the hotel but thankfully the hotel has a bar and bistro if you get hungry. And you also have a mini fridge so we ended up picking some stuff up before going there. The ac was kinda broken so we had to prop something up to keep it open. But other than that everything was good.

The location was great. It was close to the university of Queensland which was the purpose of our visit. A lot of street noise during the day but quieted down through the night. I needed to find somewhere close to the PA Hospital and the Brisbane Street Studios were ideal. Nice, clean and cozy rooms and they helped extend my stay as well which was appreciated with my second room just as lovely. I was travelling solo and the room had everything I needed, the bedding was comfortable and it was quiet too.

The hotel staff responded quickly to my inquiries, allowing me to inform them of my check-in time in advance, which made the process smooth. While there is some wear and tear on the facilities due to age, it's perfectly acceptable considering the price. If you have a car, it's a cost-effective motel.

The Ridges is close to the city and the valley and surrounded by public transport. It's a little dated but for the price it has everything you need. Beds were comfortable, shower nice and warm and pool area nice. Would definitely stay again for the price.

Very tired. Do not confuse with Rydges. Furniture is stain, tiles are chipped, mouldy in places, wood is rotten in places. Vanity is without a draw front, light fittings either have blown globes or only wires remain. Black stains on the clean linen. The list goes on. It was as clean enough. A residents dog did a pee in the elevator in front of me.

Wouldn't say it's the worst place but for the price they charge it most definitely isn't worth it. My room is very out dated, the fridge wasn't cleaned out prior to checking in as someone's left food in it. The place is okay. Room service was apparently weekly not daily. It has got all the utensils should you want to cook a meal. The location isn't great and felt dangerous at night to walk alone. I'd avoid spring hill or fortitude valley.

I would definitely sleep here again. Apartment we took was very clean. Rooms and bathrooms were big. There was living room with couch and small kitchen inside. You could also use gym and swimming pool available on lower floor. Everything we needed was there accompanied by great view on the city.

We spend 4 nights here, the room was cleaned every day, fresh towels, 2 bottles of water, milk, tea and coffee making facilities and a nice fridge in the room plus basin where you can wash your face and brush your teeth, shared bathrooms, I hardly met anybody else in the female bathroom, we had 3 showers and 3 toilets, I never had to wait which is good! Renovated rooms with shared showers area yet very comfortable beds for good nights sleep The meals in dining area was absolutely first rate and a complimentary drink was a welcome touch as well efficient timely meal delivery in Bistro or to your room if preferred. My room view was across Camp Hill to the Gateway Bridge given the excellent Hotel site elevation.

Nordic-style decor, with a small balcony perfect for sunset views. The staff are friendly, and there's parking available downstairs for hotel guests at $30 per day. It's about a 15-minute walk to the city.
