Very tired looking, tatty furniture, kitchen area and cooking utensils not up to scratch.
Very disappointing when it is called ‘Executive’ and it’s far from it.
Quite expensive for what you get.
Location and outlook beautiful.
Staff member on duty when we arrived was extremely rude.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had absolutely the worst experience getting broken into and robbed while we were asleep. Even before that horrible experience the room was below par. Extremely dirty, mold on ceiling near air con, not allowed to touch or adjust aircon, dirty towel found in bedroom drawer, timber rotten around spa, dirty dishes in cupboards, pool was FILTHY and cloudy, garage door broken so no secure parking and anyone from the street could go in straight up lifts, no security camera on first floor where we were broken into, no deadbolt on door, fire doors and front entrance left open. When we realised we'd been robbed the whole thing was so poorly handled by passive aggressive management. We went straight to the police and reported the incident and checked out immediately as we didn't feel safe. Management partly blamed us saying we had left the door to the apartment open (which we definitely had not). Told this was what the police said, but we spoke directly to the investigators and they said that was absolutely not the case. We honestly believe it could have even been an inside job. We had to fight for a refund for the early departure. Took A WHOLE MONTH and countless emails (many which were absolutely ignored and never replied to) for them to FINALLY process the refund. We were told a refund had been approved on December 31 but after chasing it up for weeks!! it was found not to actually have been put through until January 28. Simply not good enough. We were so upset as we'd been looking forward to our Christmas break but instead spent the time worrying about mold and getting broken into then treated poorly. Such a shame as the location is great. Apartments are individually owned so obviously the owners of the until we stayed in haven't maintained it and the cleaning was awful. Disgusting experience all round. Stay elsewhere and avoid at all costs.

Worst experience and honestly doesn’t even deserve 1 star!
Booked a night away for my family. Drove the 2 hours with 3 kids only to rock up, check in and when we open the door there’s someone else already in the room we had booked.
We were told they wouldn't give us another room and would not book alternate accomodation anywhere else. We were told to sort out our own alternative accomodation and they would refund our money.
The money was not refunded to me for almost 2 weeks and only happened after I sent a stern email!
I had called several times the following week to check the status of my refund which they kept saying was put through but the money never arrived. After this my calls were not getting answer ed or returned. I then sent an email saying if the fund were not refunded I would go to fair trading and so of course the money was then refunded.
Mistakes happen but the way this was handled and the way my family were treated was disgusting and unacceptable. No attempts to right their wrong and the fact I had to chase and chase to get money refunded to me is appalling. Just lucky I could afford and was able to get other accommodation for my family.
I will never book here or recommend here again.

OMG Delapitated, Disgusting, Dated What a joke. The two bed unit is a 1 bedroom with the main bed separated from the lounge. Stupid layout not suitable for families. No privacy. Just a hack renovation. I've never been more disappointed by a property in my whole travelling life in terms of value for money.

My friend and I had booked our apartment a few months ago for our May holiday. We chose the top floor so we could enjoy the roof, the spa and the view. This meant paying extra but we did not mind as this was our two-year girl’s get-together. The staff were lovely, the apartment clean and pleasant. The view of Bribie and the strait was beautiful. However, the next morning a terrible racket started overhead without any warning. When we complained, we were told that the workmen were fixing a leak in the roof and the noise would continue til late afternoon. This happened for the three full days we were there. We were driven out of our apartment by the noise before 9.00 am and it did not cease until after 3.30 pm. We could not have an afternoon nap or spa or relax on the balcony. By our last day my friend started packing up intending to leave early. In the end she agreed to stay but we left more exhausted and stressed than when we arrived. Also, the staff were having to put up with abuse from other occupants who were also upset by the noise. My friend made numerous phone calls and emails to complain to management but there was a decided lack of response until she received an email weeks later explaining about the leak in the roof and future renovations to apartments and offering 15% off our next stay. I really don’t think we will be taking them up on the offer if this noise is what we can expect

Smokers beware - you cant even smoke outside on the balcony. Due to new Queensland laws this hotel is enforcing the non-smoking policy even outdoors and charging $100 cleaning fee, even though we never smoked inside. You will be bombarded with texts and phone calls from the management. The hotel itself is average at best. The reception area is dated. Our room, tried to look luxurious but was let down by damage to the walls. The bathroom could only be described as functional. We regularily travel to Caloundra for short breaks and this has been the most dissapointing to date.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My wife and I booked a two-night stay, but we left after just one. The room was disgustingly filthy—there was mould in the shower, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, and there was hair stuck on the tiles. To top it off, the toilet door had someone’s booger and dirty marks on it. and the entire room had a damp, musty smell. There was also a dirty towel on the floor and dead insects on the floor and roof. It’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. I would highly recommend avoiding this property at all costs.
