The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the gardens were pretty nice. However, I doubt the apartment was cleaned, nor is the furniture ever updated. There were toys and dust under the bed, the taps were falling off, the fridge was rusty, the dishwasher had metal handles drilled into it to replace the broken handle, the curtains had paint from where the walls were painted, doors were broken, fans were dusty, chux wipes were in the kitchen drawers to cover the mess... I did not feel relaxed as I was frightened to touch any surface.

Room 12 is gross. I spent the first hour of our holiday cleaning the kitchen. Mouldy blinds, deteriorating fixtures and fittingss, bottom of my socks were black from walking around. Furnishings look like they were found on the side of the road; unmatching and broken. Great location however. Good tv, comfortable beds and couch, new dishwasher and oven. The photos and reviews online were NOT for the apartment we stayed in

Great location, kids were able to enjoy safe comfortable spaces after long days at their oztag carnival was easy enough to walk to restaurants etc.

A great location opposite the beach . Cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance or make your own meals in the well equipped kitchen and eat out on your balcony . Spacious appartments with good layout including washer and dryer. We felt that the appartment could have been a little cleaner ( floors etc). Great pool. Mark, the manager, is great…..really welcoming , friendly and helpful. Would stay there again!

Loved the location, close to the beach and you could hear the waves breaking.
The stairs as it is an older building can be a little negative but good for staying fit!

The apartment had everything you could for a complete holiday. Very spacious, full kitchen and laundry and a great view from the balcony.
Walking distance to cafes and convenience store and beach is a stones throw away.
Only negative for some might be the stair only access but it was good exercise for me.
I stayed for a week but could easily do a month or more.
I’d definitely recommend Casablanca Beachfront Apartments and would stay here again.

We had the most amazing 4 nights here. Loved how it was right across the road from the patrolled beach with lots of dining options within walking distance. Just perfect!

Mark was a great host - easy communication and friendly atmosphere. Apartment had spectacular views and the weather was perfect.

Without doubt the worst pizza I have ever eaten. If I had the option to give it a minus rating l would. Terrible experience. Never again.

purchased a pizza. would off been better off buying a $5.00 dollar frozen pizza from supermarket. instead off $ 20.00. went back and complained got told to f### off.

You would expect that a $20 wood fired pizza would be better than a $5 Domino's Pizza. I was wrong. How you can charge $20 for a pizza like that is completely unjustifiable. I will never eat here again

The regular pizzas are small and the food we picked up at the given time was stone cold we had to zap it in the microwave to be able to eat it. Customer service by a bunch a teenagers lead by Chloe was terrible. She did not take a phone order correctly and lied about delivering the missing food to our door so we had to return to the shop and pick it up. The manager was too scared to speak for himself when we made a complaint and the teens stood behind him glaring at us and smurking. What a terrible experience that ruined our night. Do yourself a favour and choose somewhere else for pizza/pasta.

We have eaten here 4 times.
Decor is garish and zero atmosphere with over bright lights.
Service has always been great....but....we'll go back many times for the food.
There is someone in the kitchen here that has the absolute X factor in culinary skills. 100% delicious food everytime. One of the few venues on the coast we go back to just for the delish food.
Get the decor sorted, tidy the place up HEAPS and focus on table service rather than takeaway and I think this place would go off the scale.
