Stunning room with simple check in/out. Close to food and shopping. Limited parking but was fine for our quick overnight stay. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious well appointed rooms. Very high ceilings and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Great value place and lots of space for a family. We stayed in 11B and there’s a sky light in the room - which makes it quite bright for sleeping. There was a cover but it was rattling with the wind. Otherwise, clean and comfortable!

Beautiful stay, we will come back again
Our room was beautiful and the chandelier was stunning. Just like in the photos. We were welcomed to the room where the fire was already on and warm for us. We have stayed here before and loved the convenient location being able to walk to the restaurants. We will be back again soon. Thank you.

Central location in Ballarat. Room is quite spacious in an old Villa from the 1900s.

The 2-bedroom, 1-living-room apartment is not good, it is in the parking lot, not in the main building. The door faces a parking space, which makes it inconvenient to go out and get luggage.

The abode was fabulous. Wifi, TV, beautiful furnishings and a cute self-contained kitchenette. Lovely and quiet and a gorgeous old building ???

Absolutely underwhelming customer service. Called five times to place an order with no answer. Ended up going to the store to place the order to find they were not at all busy.
Placed the order and waited in store, only to watch them actively ignore the phone the many times it rang whilst I was there.
No apology or recognition at all. Disgraceful way to run a business.

We have ordered from here a few times. Fairly pricy but the pizza, pasta and salads are amazing. Nice deserts too. Decent delivery, but budget for 30 mins to 1 hour if you order on a busy day.
