Ballarat Premier Apartments in Ballarat

Ballarat Premier Apartments has that classic heritage-style country town façade from the outside — the kind that makes you wonder if it might feel a little dated inside. But walking in is a completely different story.
The apartments are beautifully refurbished, blending that old-world charm with a fresh, modern feel. The chandeliers and fittings add a really elegant touch, while the bathroom is sleek, updated, and well-appointed. The carpet is soft and cosy underfoot, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable — an easy place to unwind after a long day.

WiFi was fast and reliable, and having cooking amenities in the room made the stay even more convenient.

Parking is directly outside, which is a huge plus, and it’s not on a busy road so it feels easy and stress-free. The town centre is only about 300 metres away, making everything super convenient and within walking distance.

A really pleasant surprise overall — charming on the outside, and polished, comfortable, and thoughtfully updated on the inside. Definitely a great place to stay in Ballarat.

Love this place it's so cosy and clean.
I have stayed at a lot of places in Ballarat and this is my favourite and it's close to everything.

Beautiful hotel in historic building. Good parking. Yards from shops etc.

Such a beautiful and historic building. Like stepping back in time. Would highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfy, shower is good plenty of water pressure. The room is as the pictures on the website, check in was super easy. My only negative is that the couch is quite uncomfortable I had sit on a pillow as the couch cushions were really saggy. Close to the main restaurant precinct an easy walk.

Excellent stay: warm, comfortable, great facilities, easy and fantastic location.

We loved the size and space we had. The building was beautiful and the interior was amazing. We will definitely be back here.

Stunning room with simple check in/out. Close to food and shopping. Limited parking but was fine for our quick overnight stay. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious well appointed rooms. Very high ceilings and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Great value place and lots of space for a family. We stayed in 11B and there’s a sky light in the room - which makes it quite bright for sleeping. There was a cover but it was rattling with the wind. Otherwise, clean and comfortable!
