Beautiful room with large ensuite bathroom. Staff were helpful with accommodating an early check-in. Split system heater/ air-conditioning worked very well. I love the black tea sachets and mini metal kettles!

Good for one people stay caused it is not much space. Ameities can requested at reception. Location quite good can walk to Southern Cross station, Flinder Station or Town Hall station. For Uber, driver might drop you at the closest street, Flinder Lane. Easy walk just 1 mins but quite hard if you have 2 luggages.

The hotel is about an eight-minute walk from the Southern Cross Airport bus stop. The front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early. The room, though compact, had everything we needed. The only downside was the somewhat limited space in the shower. I'd recommend this hotel for those catching an early flight.

This is a great hotel in Melbourne! Trams are in every corner and you’re just a short walk away from the Southern Cross Station. Room is spacious and has all the things I need. The staff are all warm and accommodating. Will recommend!

1) The floor got noise when I was walking.
2) The bed is not anchored. It moved when I tried to sit.

Very close to Southern Cross Station, with supermarkets and McDonald's nearby. It offers great value for money, perfect for a one-night layover, and it's super convenient for catching the airport bus.

Just 5 mins walk from southern cross station, room is clean and has everything needed just that toilet is too small, overall is good.

The service was poor, as in it took a long while for us to be served our meal; it semt like everyone but us were being served their meals. The food was at least satisfactory from my opinion including the Apple juice. What makes the whole dinner worse was that some people spotted a couple of mice underneath the table next to us that had come from the drains which made them and the rest of us leave. They need to at least improve the service and clean the outdoor area up a bit, even though there wasn't much mess and that the mice came from the drain which ran underneath the tables for the mice to easily discover.

Very worse customer service they don’t really showed they care for the customer service being a hospitality business. The head waitress was so rude she completely ignores even after she was asked hi we are looking for a table, at least she should have basic manners of service and Mr their is no table vacant or you have wait for another 30 mins or whatever but she did not even had any conversation instead just been a rude and ignorant. Will not recommend ever to any friend or family. If you have your dignity and pride self respect do not visit this Resataurant there are plenty Resataurant in crown where you will feel special by service and ambiance ... i

Food average. Good arrived before drinks. Sat outside and mice were running around very disgusting. Put us off our food

Was greeted by the manager who said that i couldnt sit outside because i was a single costumer. I decided to stay and the outside area was never anywhere near full. When i asked why i couldnt have sat there, i was told "as its the weekend and they may get busy"... anyway, the food was decent but small portions for the price.

service was ok fancy menu but I'm no Gordon Ramsey $45 rib eye came out just the meat and a hand full a French fries. a pub has a straight up menu and the food much better. just disappointed pasta was under cooked. it is your venue crown please check on your tennants
