The apartment was spacious enough for two people. However, the kitchen facilities were a bit lacking, with no dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer. The whole place felt a bit old-fashioned. On the flip side, the price was relatively cheap, and the location was excellent.

The location is super convenient, with lots of food options nearby and parking downstairs. The room is a bit small and dated though, and there's no washing machine. Compared to other apartments in Australia, it falls a bit short, but it wins on location and value for money.

We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite. Even though the front desk staff didn't speak Chinese, they were very friendly and gave us a high-floor room. It felt more like home, with a spacious living room and the ability to cook, which made us happy!

The hotel apartment is located in the CBD, and it's a 5-minute walk to the tram stop. The suite is quite suitable for family trips. All facilities are complete except for a washing machine, but a washing machine should really be a basic amenity for a hotel apartment. As for hygiene, I can't say anything good about it. The duvet cover was wrapped in a sheet, and with the slightest movement, the sheet slipped off, revealing the duvet insert. It was yellowish and greasy, clearly unwashed. It was absolutely filthy. I hope the hotel can make some improvements.

Happy with the stay, spacious room and the same can be said about the bathroom. Kitchen amenities were fantastic.

Check in and check out was a breeze, location was ideal for my stay.

The location of Pegasus is excellent. Key shopping precincts, Victoria Market and the lovely spacious Flagstaff park are within 10 mins walk, and major arts and sports venues are just a little bit further.
The room was excellent value. Very spacious, quite modern, and very clean. And it was kept that way with the very diligent maid service. If you want to cook, all the cooking utensils are provided. And there are lots of choices nearby to buy your ingredients. Alternatively, there's an incredible array of cafes, restaurants and bars all very handy. Or if you just wanted to chill in your room, Pegasus provides all the streaming services you can think of. And finally, the service.... very helpful and friendly whether it be the front desk or the cleaning staff. A damn good experience.

This hotel is close to the city center and quite clean. You can cook here, but you'll need to buy your own oil and seasonings, though there's a supermarket right outside. The service is warm and friendly. I'd consider staying here again.

The room was quite spacious and the location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk to the free tram. The hot water was good and the room was quiet. Breakfast was also very good. They took a AUD 100 deposit via credit card, and it still hasn't been refunded a week later. The room had kitchen facilities, including pots, pans, dishes, a gas stove, and an induction cooktop, which was very convenient for cooking our own meals.

I enjoyed my stay at Pegasus Apart'Hotel. The location is great and easy to access Queen Victoria Market. The room was spacious and had all the kitchenware needed, making it convenient for preparing breakfast. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. I definitely recommend staying here.

I went to the mint bar last night and I would hardly call it the type of environment suitable for what you would call a restaurant. You walk in and are immediately surrounded by drunks and it is almost impossible to get to the bar. You are surrounded by drunks while you are trying to eat your meal and to go to the bathroom you have to climb over more drunks to get there and back. It felt more like a night club than a bar and restaurant. A place like this needs larger spaces and separate areas for diners and patrons there to get wasted on booze
