The staffs are very friendly, helpful and approachable. Food was excellent with so many varieties. Fresh and delicious. Rooms clean, spacious and very good views.
Nice room, great view, exceptional service, fabulous food at Collins Kitchen & good location! Extraordinary customer experience!
thank you for the cake! It tastes good and you guys are so sweet! It’s my 2nd time staying at Grand Hyatt and will definitely visit again!!
Very good service good location when i will visit Melbourne i will stay this hotel again
Centrally located, within walking distance to major attractions, right next to Chinatown with plenty of delicious food options. Plus, the hotel provides slippers and toothbrushes.
The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and very clean. The breakfast selection is extensive, though you might encounter long queues if there's a large conference group. The staff are very friendly towards children. Overall, this was the best hotel of our trip!

Spacious room even if they should remove carpet.. and coffee cup doesn't fit under the Nespresso machine
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great — a pleasant area that isn’t overcrowded with tourists. The rooms are excellent, with large queen-size beds, which was very important for us. The hotel also offers a good range of facilities, including a pool, sauna, and breakfast. While the breakfast is not very extensive, it is perfectly sufficient for a few days and includes all the...
Housekeeping cleaned my room once , but I lost some personal items (food and mouse) after the service. Disappointing
It is nice that the hotel equips with Sauna. The parking lots are great. Staff handling check-in is okay.
Not very impressed from the first day when waiting to check in more than 15 minutes. Staffs were in the back room, come out only there is priority/ premium guest to check in. Breakfast 6 days are the same, the menu does not much change, very poor breakfast so far under Pullman brand. The chef could not cook egg properly, egg sunny side up, burn under, white egg uncooked, not much enjoy for breakfast...
The Pullman Melbourne Albert Park was a beautiful place to stay! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again. Concierge staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room service food was excellent, cocktails were fresh and well presented, breakfast was to die for! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed! Thanks nice place near Chinatown and many restaurants nearby
My stay at Citadines on Bourke Melbourne was excellent overall. The room was really cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home and relaxed. The facilities were also very comprehensive. The location couldn't be better – transportation was incredibly convenient! Just a short walk from the tram stop, it was extremely easy to get to all the city's attractions. Plus, it's very close to the subway...
The location is great, easy travel from melbourne central and have easy access to tram. The room itself is tidy and clean, though I did request for 2 beds but end up getting king bed. Which is still alright, the bathroom itself is nice but the body soap didn’t get refill, which is a bit annoying. Other than that have a great stay!
we are really love the experienced so much a lot of fun there will remember everything until I die for sure
Very convenient location. Can easily reach main historical site in CBD
Really good stay. Prime CBD location with a tram stop right at the door and most of Melbourne walkable from here. Rooms are comfortable and practical. Only heads-up: toothbrush, toothpaste, and similar basics are not provided, so bring your own. Otherwise a great choice.

Melbourne, 186 Exhibition Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is super nice and comfortable. We ordered in room dinning and the food was good as well. Recommend!
Facilities: When I booked, I was drawn to the bathroom window's promise of a great view. However, upon arrival, I was utterly disappointed. The window opened directly onto a building less than 10 meters away. I then realized that the more expensive room types were on lower floors, and below the tenth floor, the view from the window was almost completely obstructed. The scenery shown in the promotional...
Great location! Plenty of dining, shopping, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel staff were very accommodating and assigned a suitable room as per my request, which was a thoughtful and excellent service.
Right next to Melbourne's Chinatown, so dining and transportation are incredibly convenient. The hotel lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated. Getting to the airport is also very easy. The service is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. I'll definitely be back!
Great location, with a supermarket downstairs and QVB within walking distance. It seems to be a regular hotel for China Eastern and Xiamen Airlines crews, as I saw many airline staff having meetings downstairs every morning. The housekeeping is a bit strange though; they managed to roll up my charger with the sheets while cleaning the bed. Not sure if it was intentional or just careless work.
The location is genuinely great, right in Chinatown. Downstairs, you can find anything you want to eat. It's a perfect spot for Chinese tourists because you can get Chinese food anytime. If you need a convenience store, there's one right next door. You can also head to Chinatown for noodles in the morning. Across the street, there's a theater currently showing a Michael Jackson musical. You can check...

We stayed there before it's central to everything, everything is near by like restaurants ans shopping.
We stayed 2 nights and our room after our first night was not made up by the cleaning staff. The beds were left unmade, the dirty towels left on the floor, the clean towels dumped on the unmade bed. I had to request that the room be serviced with reception, even though the 'service my room' light remained ON for the entire day. When I raised with reception at 2pm, the room remained un made for the...
The hotel and breakfast were lovely, the only thing that disappointed me was the heating in the room didn't function properly I asked reception after we checked on to have a look at it and set the temperature for us coming back later that evening, but the room was still very cold when we returned...
Conveniently located in the CBD, with Chinatown nearby, making shopping and dining very accessible. The breakfast is excellent and caters well to Chinese tastes, offering a good variety. It's also within walking distance to several attractions. Plus, the buses in the CBD are free!
The hotel's location is pretty good. The one-day tour I booked met right outside the Windsor Hotel, which was only a few minutes' walk away. Both Red Apple and Green Apple supermarkets are within walking distance, and Chinatown isn't far either, making evenings very lively. The hotel facilities are admittedly a bit old, but the hygiene is decent. Breakfast is just okay, but it's filling, and surprisingly...
The reviews mentioned the hotel was old, but I found it to be very well-maintained. The carpets were spotless, and there was no musty smell. As a family of three, the room size was more than sufficient. The location is also excellent, with a commercial district just a 5-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient.

The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. Many attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The only downside is the significant noise from traffic outside.
The location is great, really close to Chinatown and convenient for getting to the supermarket. The room size is also good; it didn't feel cramped even with four of us. There's a TV in the room, so you can watch movies.
Great location, right in the city center with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and attractions are just a short walk away. Parking is convenient, though you'll need to ask the front desk to open the gate as it's not remote controlled. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby is spacious, and there's a lounge area on the second floor where you can relax. Breakfast was good.
Nice and clean rooms. Close proximity to everything and tram lines.
Location was very good and staffs are generally kind. But first night the room was not proper normal hotel room. It seems like they temporary made extra room next to emergency pipeline location. The room was face to elevator and it was very weird and feel not safe to traveler. We asked changing room and they give us a new room next day. It was not welcoming experience. And hope they don’t use this...
The location is fantastic, right in the CBD, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The surrounding area is lovely. Second time staying at Westin, this hotel is in a great location, rooms are very clean, beddings are comfortable. Service is excellent from Check-in, Valet parking, wait staff are accommodating, friendly and professional. I highly recommended this hote and would stay here again.
The hotel's location is excellent, making shopping and dining very convenient. The room was spacious and quiet, but the facilities are a bit dated. Since the hotel is a bit old, some in-room amenities need to be replaced, like the noisy toilet seat.
Everything was good overall, but when I asked to switch rooms, I was told there was one available, only to be informed the next day that it wasn't. I'm not sure if there was a lack of internal coordination. Other than that, everything was great, and the location was good too.
Really amazing hotel with great services , amenities are fully packed out and location definitely best among all hotels in Melbourne

A standard Langham pink, this hotel is super girly! We arrived early for check-in and were able to use the 9th-floor spa center to freshen up. I'm very satisfied with this hotel... the only downside is that it's a bit too pink, which feels like it's trying too hard to appeal to women.
The service was great! They cleaned the room every day and refilled the water and coffee supplies.
The hotel room was very well-equipped, and the location was excellent for getting around. It was a short walk to the free tram zone, making it super convenient to reach city attractions. Breakfast was also good, served until 10:30 AM on weekdays and 11:00 AM on weekends, which was a huge plus. The hotel ambiance was lovely too, with a beautifully decorated lobby.
Great location right in the Southbank minutes to the center of the CBD. Classic luxury feelings with great service.
Service: The service was incredibly attentive! The lobby manager noticed our confused looks and proactively came over to ask if we needed help, then resolved our issues. Arrived late and a quick check in and into the restaurant . Food was delicious and great menus A glass of wine at everyday price and the service was 1st class. This hotel is only 150 Mrs from the main rail station in Melbourne. I will stay here again for sure
Good location and good breakfast and dinner (very reasonable price) but need to improve for the cleaning
We booked a triple room, but it turned out to be a quad room with two large double beds (each formed by combining two single beds). Overall, there was plenty of space, enough for our three suitcases. Ok stay. Not amazing, we were surprised that they didn’t clean room in the weekend. Staff is ok-ish friendly depending on who you meet.

The price is generally reasonable, and the location is good. The only downside is that the room doesn't get any natural light. The housekeeping cleans the room daily, and overall, it offers good value for money. I'd definitely consider staying here again!
Facilities: The soundproofing was quite poor; it was noisy at night. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Very convenient for dining and shopping, close to the CBD. Service: Housekeeping cleaned daily. Considering the price and the older location, it was already very good.

This is a great hotel! While it's not in the city center, the nearby tram station makes getting around incredibly convenient. The interior is very clean and well-maintained. Arni at the front reception was so helpful to any of our queries and we had! We can't wait to come back we had the best time and the room was extremely comfortable. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back.
A wonderful caring place to stay while visiting family in hospital. The accommodation is good. Beds very comfy. Staff very understanding and keen to help in anyway they could. COVID has def effected the ability to clean things as it once was. The balconies definitely need some attention. Not having regular housekeeping for long term occupants and can be hard to arrange at times.
Amazing service, staff went above and beyond our expectations in a difficult time. Rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need. Secure car parking-easy to park your car. Excellent value Can not thank you all enough for the care you showed. With special thanks to Ingrid Pat and Andrew

Pros: Great location near the harbor with beautiful views, and convenient transportation. The cabinets and kitchenware are fully equipped and very easy to use!
