Too noisy in rooms, you can heir everything from a neighbors bathroom and from a corridor. Very small swimming pool
The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to all the attractions. The service and facilities are a bit old-fashioned.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Christmas Day service!
Huge thanks to Anisha at Grand Hyatt Melbourne restuarant for her incredible service on Christmas morning. Even though breakfast was extremely busy, she went above and beyond to find us a table, all while remaining warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. Her effort and positive attitude truly made our Christmas breakfast extra special. Service like this is...
I want to pass on my compliments to the wonderful team at Grand Hyatt Melbourne!
My few days as your guest were fantastic. I want to highlight the professionalism of Mark, who prepared the room for me, and thanks for the good work of housekeeper Harsh, who perfectly fulfilled all my requests. Great job, guys. Keep it up!
Your attention to detail gives this business a sense of true hospitality.
Excellent! The view is unbeatable and the location is very convenient.

Excellent! My whole family had a very comfortable stay, and it was super convenient for getting around.
Very friendly, cortious and a fantastic place to stay, once again.
As always a lovely stay. Staff are so polite and attentive, buffet breakfast beautiful. Room service well priced, and delivered hot.
A great location, rooftop terrace with outstanding views and a pool.
Walking distance to the botanical gardens and Sydney Opera House / harbour bridge.
The hotel is fantastic! Great location with plenty of food options downstairs. The views are unbeatable, and the reception staff are very friendly. It's clean and hygienic, and my kids loved it. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Melbourne.
The corner room was absolutely amazing, offering stunning views of the Yarra River sunset. It was so beautiful! I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit. The breakfast was fantastic; every morning I'd go downstairs, watch the sunrise, and then make my own fresh juice with ginger... I stayed for 5 days and didn't even get tired of it, haha! It would be even better if there were more Chinese food...

It is nice that the hotel equips with Sauna. The parking lots are great. Staff handling check-in is okay.
Not very impressed from the first day when waiting to check in more than 15 minutes. Staffs were in the back room, come out only there is priority/ premium guest to check in. Breakfast 6 days are the same, the menu does not much change, very poor breakfast so far under Pullman brand. The chef could not cook egg properly, egg sunny side up, burn under, white egg uncooked, not much enjoy for breakfast...
The Pullman Melbourne Albert Park was a beautiful place to stay! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again. Concierge staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room service food was excellent, cocktails were fresh and well presented, breakfast was to die for! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed! Parking on site was affordable, safe and easily accessible...
My mum and I stayed here for a week whilst visiting family. It was clean, comfortable, had a lovely view of the lake and an excellent breakfast! It’s a 2 min walk away from the High St tram stop and a quick journey to the city centre both by tram or taxi.
Lovely alternative to stay away from Melbourne CBD. It’s next to Yarra river which is really nice to walk around in the morning
Fantastic place. Very close to the city and Botanical Gardens. Very clean and helpful staff.

Even though it's an apartment hotel, it's small but has everything you need. The facilities are complete and the hotel is very clean. The only minor issue is that the bathtub is a bit shallow, only 1.2m deep. Housekeeping is also done every other day.
Stayed for four nights, location is just outside a tram stop. Walking distance to major shopping areas.
Great Hotel with a Great Service:)
Everything worked fine and the location was perfect to travel
Great location, within walking distance to Chinatown and major shopping malls. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed.
Melbourne is a very fun place and this hotel has pleasantly surprised me. There is a Thai restaurant downstairs which offers good value for money. The hotel is very easy to find and its facade is very obvious. The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is large and comfortable. The air conditioning is very cool. I felt very comfortable staying here. In short, if you come to Melbourne, you must stay...
The hotel is located in the heart of Melbourne and just opposite of a tram stop. It's very convenient to hop on to the free tram and explore the city, love the convenience! We had a really pleasant stay at Rydges. The food was good, the beds were very comfortable, and our room was quiet which made it easy to relax. The pool area was lovely and sunny, and it was a great touch that we could order room service straight to the pool.
There were a couple of small issues – our room didn’t have large towels when we arrived, but they were brought up quickly, and we experienced...
The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to Chinatown! We booked it for New Year's Eve to see the fireworks, and it was also very near the viewing spot! The hotel bathroom was amazing, and the decor was very stylish! We'll definitely come back again!
The location is super convenient, right at one end of Chinatown. Many tour operators pick up guests there, and there are countless restaurants – it couldn't be more convenient. We had an enormous lobster at the congee shop next door; it was incredibly delicious, a bit pricey, but so worth it! It's also within walking distance to the main commercial district.
Location convenient, walking distance to shopping,
food and supermarkets. Lovely room with an open view of the city. The bed is the best experience, it is extremely comfortable.
Overall, it feels like an upscale chain hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and tidy, perfect for travel. The location is excellent, close to Chinatown, making it convenient to get anywhere. You'll need to bring your own toiletries.
Really pretty hotel! Lobby was beautiful and so was the room. Location was great. Close to many attractions and tram was just a 4 minute walk away.
lighting in the toilet was good. had both rain and handheld.
Bed was really soft, though I'm not sure why I slept better without the pillow than with the pillow.

Great location, super convenient for the New Year's Eve fireworks on the Yarra River as you can walk there directly. The room was spacious, but the facilities were old. Service was average, and breakfast was nothing special. Overall, good value for money.
Good hotel
But lacks the hi standard of services
One day no towels available as they out source
Laundry but we pay a price so the hotel should
Not use this excuse
Hot water taps a problem
U turn little it is too hot and nearly burnt my skin
This the Managment needs to look into
Location very good
The hotel and staff were really nice!! I'm glad to have chosen this hotel to stay with my partner!!
Service: The service was great, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. They even asked if I had a preferred room number or numbers I wanted to avoid, which was very considerate.
Environment: However, the overall room size was very small. The room I was given seemed to be a disabled-access room, with a very large bathroom, but I didn't like that there were so many rooms on that floor.
Facilities...
Overall was normal not impressive but not very bad. I think it’s because the hotel is too old… seems they haven’t renovated for a long time. Everywhere in the hotel is dark, including restaurants, lobby and corridors… thought the location is very good.
Location is greT( although don’t expect much of a view)
Service differed from one staff member to another, some were quite rude and abrupt , and the there were some who were great! Overall I don’t think it’s worth the price as you don’t get the luxury feeling you expect from a five star hotel, but it does the job !

Pretty good! The environment is excellent, and the staff are quite friendly. The ambiance is so much better than hotels in Sydney costing $300 a night 😱😱. The bathroom is also very spacious with a separate wet and dry area.
The fridge in the room was very noisy. Room was very average with almost no natural light. Receptionists were not very friendly.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the town hall, making it easy to walk to anywhere in the city center. Although it's a 3-star hotel in an old building, the facilities are very new, the bed is soft, and there's a mini-fridge. The only downside is that the internet can be a bit slow when there are a lot of people, but that doesn't affect my overall rating!
Hotel is in a great location! Really pretty as you walk in, the pool and sauna is good. Our twin room was a bit small and the bathroom sink didn’t drain well, but it was all very clean and well priced. Housekeeping didn’t make one of our beds, and only did mine which was a bit strange!
I’m in Melbourne for Australian Open. This hotel has the best location either going to the slam or getting around cbd. A minus side is the hallway seems a bit dusty.
Lighting in rooms/bathroom nowhere near adequate - in need of much better lighting esp for women.. ideal would be natural lighting!

Second time staying at Westin, this hotel is in a great location, rooms are very clean, beddings are comfortable. Service is excellent from Check-in, Valet parking, wait staff are accommodating, friendly and professional. I highly recommended this hote and would stay here again.
The hotel's location is excellent, making shopping and dining very convenient. The room was spacious and quiet, but the facilities are a bit dated. Since the hotel is a bit old, some in-room amenities need to be replaced, like the noisy toilet seat.
Everything was good overall, but when I asked to switch rooms, I was told there was one available, only to be informed the next day that it wasn't. I'm not sure if there was a lack of internal coordination. Other than that, everything was great, and the location was good too.
Really amazing hotel with great services , amenities are fully packed out and location definitely best among all hotels in Melbourne
Very pleasant stay enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Location was good for us
As a five star hotel and the cost of the stay would have expected more. Pro of the hotel: location was good and most attraction was easily accessible. Breakfast had quite a good varieties compared to other hotels I had stayed in Australia.

When making your selection, pay close attention to what's included with different price points, such as breakfast and the cancellation/amendment policy. If you're traveling for business, it's crucial to fully understand this policy as it tends to be quite strict. There isn't much flexibility if your plans change. So, choose the option that best suits your needs for your stay.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Chinatown and Thai Town, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s also close to the tram, making transportation very convenient. The room is spacious and comes with cooking facilities.
Great location and very convenient for food, with Chinatown just nearby. The hotel has all the necessary amenities.
Convenient location, gym and sauna was good, breakfast was good, and hotel staff was very helpful.
We stayed for one day in a one-bedroom apartment. The service was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable, well-maintained, and the room was clean. Overall, everything was good and the stay was pleasant. However, the bathtub could not be used because the surface was very rough, which was a bit disappointing. Apart from that issue, it was a good experience.
Room was spacious and pool was clean, jacuzzi was great.
There was a funny smell coming from somewhere and after mentioning it to housecleaning they couldn't do anything. Similar to rotting garbage.
For this reason I would not book again.
It was such a great experience, the best location, the best customer service! It was a big day , the flight delayed, one hour waiting time for the uber at airport then the road work on the way!! Fantastic stay at the hotel. Great location and a very spacious and clean room. Very close to public transport systems.
Staff and front desk friendly and happy to help.
Think twice before booking here. It's really no comparison to hotels back home. The facilities are very basic, so it's fine if you just need a place to crash for a night. However, the location is quite good, right at the entrance of Chinatown, making it convenient to get anywhere.
Located in business area of melbourne CBD surrounded by office buildings and luxury brand shops. Facilities: Excellent,
Hygiene: Clean,
Environment: The room was quite spacious,
Service: The front desk has both Chinese and English-speaking staff.
I was upgraded to a suite, but the room had an indescribable smell. The location near the entrance is super convenient for catching an Uber, and it's very close to the CBD, right within the free zone.
Enjoyable stay. Restaurant server, Gabby, was very pleasant and helpful.
Menu lacking Vegan meals during our stay.
Breakfast good variety and plentiful for customers.
Great location, friendly staff and value for money. I definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
The location is superb, right opposite the Central Station. It's super convenient for day trips as the meeting point is just downstairs. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but its central location in the city makes up for it. Plus, you can use the tram for free! Overall, I'm quite satisfied!
Batman on Collins is a great hotel in a perfect spot for anyone arriving by train, since the hotel is just across the road from Southern Cross station.
The interior is unassuming but pleasant. The amenities are pretty aged with old carpet but the standard room is satisfactory, but everything could be cleaner.
Overall, it's still good value if you can find a deal price.

The room is big enough although a bit dated. The hotel is in a good location with different trams close by and just 15 minutes to the CBD. The gym is present with a fantastic view although very small. Our main issue was the strong cigarette smell for two nights in a row coming from the corridor into our room-we flagged this twice to reception but nothing was really done.
The hotel was clean and in a great location for both the city and the coast. What let it down was the bar. It was closed by 9.30 and most of the residents had been at the tennis all day so were’nt back until 9,00. So no ambulance and to far from any where to go elsewhere.
Had a wonderful time at View hotel. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Amenities were all as described. A bit far from CBD but nice area with good food options available.
Great location, very convenient for getting to the city. The facilities are a bit basic, and the service could use some improvement.
I tried to contact reception on at least 6 occasions on the day prior to my arrival to advise of my late arrival.
Not once did anyone answer the phone, nor did they return my call.
As far as service goes it is NON EXISTENT!!

Just opposite southern cross station.
Staff was super helpful, there was problem with the air con in the room, he just changed another room for us.
But I don’t like the lighting in the room, much prefer brighter
Bar was closed on last 2 nights for 14 days and we were directed to another hotel, not quite the service I would expect!
Apparrantly the bar man was going on holiday, and I assume they didn’t trust the other bar member to do the job, what a shame!!!
Great location, right opposite the station where the bus arrives, but you can't hear any noise from the station in the room. The room was comfortable. The downside is that the window doesn't open, but there's a ventilation system.

This resort-style hotel has clean, comfortable rooms and a convenient location right by the cruise terminal, close to the sea. There's a relaxing beach, and it's lovely to sit on the grass in the evening and enjoy the sea breeze. Very pleasant.
Coffees foods. Weather are all great. Definitely will come back
Great value for money and a fantastic location. The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel itself was clean and bright. However, there are steps at the entrance, which is really inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.
Good: Great location near china town, trams, and attractions. Very friendly staff that is happy to help you. Easy to get to and from the airport. Breakfast was good with decent variety.
Not so good: The shower open design makes it difficult to have a pleasant warm shower. Everything will get wet so make sure to get extra towels.

Excellent! I'll definitely be back next time. The value for money here is outstanding, making it a superb choice whether you're traveling for business or leisure. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, this one truly excels in both service and facilities.
We always like staying here due to the convenience of Southern Cross Station and DFO. Just a few suggestions would be:
-Shower screen is too small
-better coffee in the room
-Room service food options would be good
-Usb connections in the bedside lamps didn't seem to work.
-Executive suite should have king size beds
-There were no blankets in the cupboards
Location was perfect for our trip. Room size and amenities all ticked the box and staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful .

Pretty good hotel for the price. It’s one stop outside of the free tram zone, but it’s a quick walk across the bridge to town. Front desk staff are super nice, and helped me charge my phone and laptop, because the room does not have any usb plugs, and there were no travel adapters available.
It is located near trams, making it noisy all day. Moreover, it is not in the CBD; it's a 20-minute walk away.
Great staff, good location only 5-10 minute walk or tram ride to the CBD. Went for a performance at Rod Laver only 10 minute walk to there. Great views Will definitely go back if going to Melbourne again.
Nice place.
Very neat and tidy.
Location near Rod Laver Arena 12 minutes walk, convenient to watch the concert, rooms one living room with kitchen microwave dishes and cutlery, after the concert very late can heat food, the hotel first floor has a water machine. The only downside is that there is no convenience store supermarket/restaurant near the hotel, except the hotel has breakfast served until 10am and Arena has a restaurant...
