The staffs are very friendly, helpful and approachable. Food was excellent with so many varieties. Fresh and delicious. Rooms clean, spacious and very good views.

A standard Langham pink, this hotel is super girly! We arrived early for check-in and were able to use the 9th-floor spa center to freshen up

There's a place called Waterfront that I think is highly rated nearby, and I tried it out – it was pretty good. The toiletries are Diptyque, and the hotel bedding is incredibly comfortable

Overall, it was pretty good, but the room was quite old, and the facilities were seriously outdated. Also, the hotel breakfast wasn't worth it; there are many snack bars nearby where you can eat out.

The 9th-floor pool is also a sight to behold; even though it was winter when we visited, the pool was wonderfully warm and heated at night

Our room overlooked the Yarra River, and the view from the window was incredibly soothing

The hotel also offers a good range of facilities, including a pool, sauna, and breakfast. While the breakfast is not very extensive, it is perfectly sufficient for a few days and includes all the essentials

There is also an option to order food, which is very convenient. We would definitely be happy to return to this hotel on our next visit to Melbourne. A big thank you to the staff for everything!

This place is good value but be careful if you park....self park is charged at $16 per entry! So if you take car in n put that adds up.....valet park is $30 n can go in n out....

Spacious room even if they should remove carpet.. and coffee cup doesn't fit under the Nespresso machine

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great — a pleasant area that isn’t overcrowded with tourists. The rooms are excellent, with large queen-size beds, which was very important for us

Room service food was excellent, cocktails were fresh and well presented, breakfast was to die for! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed! Parking on site was affordable, safe and easily accessible, shared amenities such as the pool and gym were well maintained

Plus, it's very close to the subway, so getting around was a breeze. The surrounding amenities were also great in every aspect. All in all, it was a very pleasant and efficient accommodation experience

The location is great, easy travel from melbourne central and have easy access to tram. The room itself is tidy and clean, though I did request for 2 beds but end up getting king bed

The location is genuinely great, right in Chinatown. Downstairs, you can find anything you want to eat. It's a perfect spot for Chinese tourists because you can get Chinese food anytime

The housekeeping is a bit strange though; they managed to roll up my charger with the sheets while cleaning the bed. Not sure if it was intentional or just careless work

The hotel's location is pretty good. The one-day tour I booked met right outside the Windsor Hotel, which was only a few minutes' walk away

The hotel and breakfast were lovely,the only thing that disappointed me was the heating in the room didn't function properly I asked reception after we checked on to have a look at it and set the temperature for us coming back later that evening,but the room was still very cold when we returned

When checking out, since I paid a cash deposit, I had to wait a while for them to inspect the room before I could get my money back and leave. After the room check, I realized I'd left a piece of clothing in the room

Both Red Apple and Green Apple supermarkets are within walking distance, and Chinatown isn't far either, making evenings very lively. The hotel facilities are admittedly a bit old, but the hygiene is decent

We are very happy and can recommend the occidental hotel. Check in was smooth. The rooms are large and clean. It was possible to store luggage for the day. The location of the hotel is great.

But the best part was that the room had a microwave, and the fridge was stocked with a full set of cutlery and wine glasses. The location is fantastic, directly across from Southern Cross Station

We booked a triple room, but it turned out to be a quad room with two large double beds (each formed by combining two single beds). Overall, there was plenty of space, enough for our three suitcases

It was such a great experience, the best location, the best customer service! It was a big day , the flight delayed, one hour waiting time for the uber at airport then the road work on the way!! We arrived very very late at 12:20am!! We have to thank you the hotel staff Ling Ling for her warm welcome & settled our check in smoothly

The elevator was incredibly vintage; it actually made us laugh! We had booked a one-bed room, but they upgraded us to a much more spacious two-bed room, which was a pleasant surprise. Having a bathtub was also a big plus

The only small issue is that the building is right next to several highways, meaning there was road noise all night, but the sound proofing was quite good. I would definitely stay here again

Ok, if you expect us to clean it by our own, then you need to give me enough cleaning Powder, right? Again, we have to ask them case by case. We have been staying in these types of hotel before and wasn't that bad

After we knew that they only clean up once per week, despite we are staying here more than a week, we can clean ourselves but they also don't provide enough towels for us to use during the stay

Again, if those messages were delivered earlier than we arrive, the expectation can be more aligned and won't be like that. I think the experiences were not very good

To find a hotel with such good value for money in the CBD is a real bargain, especially the bedding, which was incredibly comfortable

Pleasant stay again.  Room 609 the window drapes did not meet in the middle which meant we woke as the day started rather than having a darkened room for a sleep in.  Otherwise a good stay.

For Melbourne, where space is at a premium, this location and room size at only 500 RMB a night is a fantastic deal. I had to pay a 100 AUD deposit upon check-in, which was refunded on the day of check-out

Nice clean hotel, good location and nice rooms. Cheapest room looks at the next door business buildings flat cement wall (no views). Rooms are relatively quiet but I could people opening and closing doors in the hallways

I loved how they decorated the lobby with the artist pictures! The room was spacious, smelled wonderful! Fully stocked with microwave, iron, ironing board, mini fridge, kettle and hairdryer! The bed and pillows were comfy too! Check in and check out was a breeze! Walking distance (approx 20-30 mins) to the shopping and food district which I find is reasonable considering I didn’t need to book transport...

Great staff, good location only 5-10 minute walk or tram ride to the CBD. Went for a performance at Rod Laver only 10 minute walk to there. Great views Will definitely go back if going to Melbourne again.

Loved the Art Deco designs everywhere, especially in the suite, as well as the Showroom Bar. The Terrace was a wonderful place to have breakfast too. The cocktails at the Showroom Bar were original and delicious too!

I'd like to commend Ann, the lovely Thai staff member. The hotel is very close to the tram, making it super convenient for getting around. There's also parking available for 30 AUD per night

Given the price of the accommodation was not expecting that much but the standard room I booked was really spacious complete with ensuite bathroom and a private balcony and table/chairs

All spotless, well lit, warm and even built in desk and couch. Comfy bed, good shower pressure. Had a drink at the bar - enjoyable space

Was looking for a Thai feed so didn’t eat at the hotel - lots of restaurants and eateries about 10 minute walk towards the city. Would definitely stay here again
