The location is fantastic! It's a 5-minute walk to the Yarra River, 3 minutes to Hosier Lane (graffiti street), and 10 minutes to Chinatown. It's surrounded by luxury shops, and Lune Croissanterie is just 30 meters away.
The staffs are very friendly, helpful and approachable. Food was excellent with so many varieties. Fresh and delicious. Rooms clean, spacious and very good views.
Centrally located, within walking distance to major attractions, right next to Chinatown with plenty of delicious food options. Plus, the hotel provides slippers and toothbrushes.
The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and very clean. The breakfast selection is extensive, though you might encounter long queues if there's a large conference group
A five-star experience through and through! The staff were helpful and kind, the facilities clean and modern. My room was beautiful with great amenities and a comfortable bed
thank you for the cake! It tastes good and you guys are so sweet! It’s my 2nd time staying at Grand Hyatt and will definitely visit again!!

Room service food was excellent, cocktails were fresh and well presented, breakfast was to die for! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed! Parking on site was affordable, safe and easily accessible, shared amenities such as the pool and gym were well maintained
The hotel also offers a good range of facilities, including a pool, sauna, and breakfast. While the breakfast is not very extensive, it is perfectly sufficient for a few days and includes all the essentials
The Pullman Melbourne Albert Park was a beautiful place to stay! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again. Concierge staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly
Definitely a great option for accommodation!
There is also an option to order food, which is very convenient. We would definitely be happy to return to this hotel on our next visit to Melbourne. A big thank you to the staff for everything!
Told the front staff to tell the house keeper to refill body lotion in the room from the first day but not thing change, if check now, lotion should be empty. Expect more from Pullman name!

We had an enormous lobster at the congee shop next door; it was incredibly delicious, a bit pricey, but so worth it! It's also within walking distance to the main commercial district
The hotel is super nice and comfortable. We ordered in room dinning and the food was good as well. Recommend!
The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to Chinatown! We booked it for New Year's Eve to see the fireworks, and it was also very near the viewing spot! The hotel bathroom was amazing, and the decor was very stylish! We'll definitely come back again!
If you need a convenience store, there's one right next door. You can also head to Chinatown for noodles in the morning. Across the street, there's a theater currently showing a Michael Jackson musical
Right next to Melbourne's Chinatown, so dining and transportation are incredibly convenient. The hotel lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated. Getting to the airport is also very easy
The location is genuinely great, right in Chinatown. Downstairs, you can find anything you want to eat. It's a perfect spot for Chinese tourists because you can get Chinese food anytime

Overall, despite the room showing its age, it was perfectly sufficient and served its purpose well – definitely good value for money. For check-in, a basic command of English is necessary
We stayed there before it's central to everything, everything is near by like restaurants ans shopping.
This hotel was perfect for us. Location very convenient and within the free tram zone. Heated pool was great!! The kitchen the laundry made everything so much easier traveling with little kids.
We stayed 2 nights and our room after our first night was not made up by the cleaning staff. The beds were left unmade, the dirty towels left on the floor, the clean towels dumped on the unmade bed
The hotel and breakfast were lovely, the only thing that disappointed me was the heating in the room didn't function properly I asked reception after we checked on to have a look at it and set the temperature for us coming back later that evening, but the room was still very cold when we returned
When checking out, since I paid a cash deposit, I had to wait a while for them to inspect the room before I could get my money back and leave. After the room check, I realized I'd left a piece of clothing in the room

The location is great, really close to Chinatown and convenient for getting to the supermarket. The room size is also good; it didn't feel cramped even with four of us. There's a TV in the room, so you can watch movies.
Parking is convenient, though you'll need to ask the front desk to open the gate as it's not remote controlled. The room was clean and comfortable
Great location, right in the city center with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and attractions are just a short walk away
The lobby is spacious, and there's a lounge area on the second floor where you can relax
The bathroom is also very spacious with a separate wet and dry area
The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. Many attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby

My stay at Citadines on Bourke Melbourne was excellent overall. The room was really cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home and relaxed. The facilities were also very comprehensive
Plus, it's very close to the subway, so getting around was a breeze. The surrounding amenities were also great in every aspect. All in all, it was a very pleasant and efficient accommodation experience
During the Easter holiday, all local shops and restaurants were closed, but that was no problem because we were staying right next to Chinatown! The hardworking Chinese businesses were all open, which we were incredibly grateful for, otherwise we would have starved! The room facilities were also excellent, with a fully equipped kitchen
Here's my ranking of them from best to worst in terms of experience (with value for money also noted, considering the price): 1. Capella Sydney (low value), 2. Park Hyatt Melbourne (high value), 3
The location is great, easy travel from melbourne central and have easy access to tram. The room itself is tidy and clean, though I did request for 2 beds but end up getting king bed

Really enjoy combo of steam room, sauna, pool, and warm bubble pool attached to pool! So easy to relax!
Second time staying at Westin, this hotel is in a great location, rooms are very clean, beddings are comfortable. Service is excellent from Check-in, Valet parking, wait staff are accommodating, friendly and professional
Everything was good overall, but when I asked to switch rooms, I was told there was one available, only to be informed the next day that it wasn't. I'm not sure if there was a lack of internal coordination
Really amazing hotel with great services , amenities are fully packed out and location definitely best among all hotels in Melbourne
Other than that, everything was great, and the location was good too
Very pleasant stay enjoyed the buffet breakfast.  Location was good for us

Melbourne, One Southgate Avenue (in the centre) 🧭 Map

The 9th-floor pool is also a sight to behold; even though it was winter when we visited, the pool was wonderfully warm and heated at night
They took nearly 20 minutes to inspect the room! Then, a staff member slowly ambled to the front desk to confirm everything was alright before they finally processed the deposit refund
A standard Langham pink, this hotel is super girly! We arrived early for check-in and were able to use the 9th-floor spa center to freshen up
The hotel room was very well-equipped, and the location was excellent for getting around. It was a short walk to the free tram zone, making it super convenient to reach city attractions
Breakfast was also good, served until 10:30 AM on weekdays and 11:00 AM on weekends, which was a huge plus. The hotel ambiance was lovely too, with a beautifully decorated lobby
I'm very satisfied with this hotel... the only downside is that it's a bit too pink, which feels like it's trying too hard to appeal to women.

Room was spacious and pool was clean, jacuzzi was great. There was a funny smell coming from somewhere and after mentioning it to housecleaning they couldn't do anything. For this reason I would not book again
It was such a great experience, the best location, the best customer service! It was a big day , the flight delayed, one hour waiting time for the uber at airport then the road work on the way!! We arrived very very late at 12:20am!! We have to thank you the hotel staff Ling Ling for her warm welcome & settled our check in smoothly
I was given an upgrade from a studio to a one bedroom which made the stay even better than I had expected. I really liked the location of the hotel being near Chinatown as I enjoyed the Asian food options available there
Overall, everything was good and the stay was pleasant. However, the bathtub could not be used because the surface was very rough, which was a bit disappointing. Apart from that issue, it was a good experience
We stayed for one day in a one-bedroom apartment. The service was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable, well-maintained, and the room was clean
The hotel is in a great location, close to Chinatown and Thai Town, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s also close to the tram, making transportation very convenient

When we booked this hotel, we are not very clear that this apartment does not have any services. Before we moved in, we asked whether towels, toothbrushes, shampoos those things are equipped
Reception was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well kept. Parking would be your only downfall. Lack of on street parking in the area
Our concierge was excellent and extremely helpful. He even arranged a car park for us prior to check in
After we knew that they only clean up once per week, despite we are staying here more than a week, we can clean ourselves but they also don't provide enough towels for us to use during the stay
When we asked them for new towels, they gave us a very unwilling-to-help reputation/facial expression
The hotel is in arguably the best location in Melbourne, close to everything, walking distance to the Grand Prix with an incredible view of port Phillip bay. This was our first stay but definitely won’t be the last

This hotel is super close to Chinatown and the State Library, and the Chinese restaurant downstairs is absolutely amazing – it was a real craving satisfier after traveling around Australia for over ten days! It's right in the city center, so getting around is incredibly convenient
I'd definitely consider staying here again!
The only downside is that the bathroom shower had a glass partition but no door, so the floor would get wet after showering, though thankfully there was a floor towel
The price is generally reasonable, and the location is good. The only downside is that the room doesn't get any natural light. The housekeeping cleans the room daily, and overall, it offers good value for money
The location is super convenient, easy to get around by tram or on foot. It's just a 5-minute walk to a large supermarket, Chinatown, various Chinese restaurants, and Asian supermarkets
Facilities: The soundproofing was quite poor; it was noisy at night. Environment: Very convenient for dining and shopping, close to the CBD. Service: Housekeeping cleaned daily

Stayed here every time when in Melbourne and so does our family. Great staff, friendly, amazing location. There used to be a pool on the top fooor but that’s no longer there.
The hotel was very clean, the environment was nice, and the room was spacious with all the necessary amenities. It's also very close to the tram station, and the front desk staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend!
This is a great hotel! While it's not in the city center, the nearby tram station makes getting around incredibly convenient. The interior is very clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were warm and helpful
Excellent position close to transport staff helpful and friendly food very good only discontent because we didn’t book breakfast we were asked an extra $20 which do ant make sense apart from that an enjoyable stay
Immaculate room with ample room for dressing separate to the very clean, functional and beautiful bathroom, and roomy bedroom/lounge area. Guest services were no-fuss, quiet and relaxed
Being able to book a special offer room for around 400 a night makes it incredibly good value for money in Melbourne

I can not speak highly enough about the Mantra on Jolymont. This is the second time we have stayed. The staff are just so amazing. Nothing was a bother to them
Booked this hotel for its location close to the concert venue
I loved how they decorated the lobby with the artist pictures! The room was spacious, smelled wonderful! Fully stocked with microwave, iron, ironing board, mini fridge, kettle and hairdryer! The bed and pillows were comfy too! Check in and check out was a breeze! Walking distance (approx 20-30 mins) to the shopping and food district which I find is reasonable considering I didn’t need to book transport...
Great staff, good location only 5-10 minute walk or tram ride to the CBD. Went for a performance at Rod Laver only 10 minute walk to there. Great views Will definitely go back if going to Melbourne again.
I stayed for just one day and it was ok. I booked a hotel for a concert, but there were no rooms available because I had an early flight. After checking in and putting down my luggage, I started my journey

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Amenities were amazing, clean and well maintained. Restaurants were warm and relaxing with terrific food and drink options.
The hotel is exquisite and elegant, with a charming lobby bar that's perfect for a relaxing vacation
Room was clean, modern, and the bed was so comfortable. I only wish I had more time there. The bar looked great! But we didn’t have time to check it out. I will definitely be back and stay at Royce next time…
A very glamorous and decadent hotel. The staff at reception, Oliver and Sam, are delightful and very helpful. I loved the whole feel of the hotel and location is great. I will stay again.
And once they realized it was my birthday, upgraded my room and sent a little treat in the afternoon. A nice surprise after a day of meetings. We had breakfast twice and it was amazing food, great selection, and service

That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable
Not overly luxurious, but they have everything you need for a short stay. It feels more like a practical stopover than a holiday destination and that’s exactly what it’s meant to be
Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne
The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service makes everything feel seamless especially when you’re travelling early morning or arriving late
We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day
So if you are like me, and you’re looking for something close, easy, and stress-free before a flight… this place really delivers

Beautiful room with large ensuite bathroom. Staff were helpful with accommodating an early check-in. Split system heater/ air-conditioning worked very well. I love the black tea sachets and mini metal kettles!
I booked the cheapest room, which had windows that pushed open about 20 cm for ventilation. There's a smoking area on the rooftop, so you don't have to leave the hotel to smoke. It's also very close to the Cross Station.
Friendly staff, kind and helpful. It was a pleasant stay. I would stay there again on my next visit.
This is a great hotel in Melbourne! Trams are in every corner and you’re just a short walk away from the Southern Cross Station. Room is spacious and has all the things I need. The staff are all warm and accommodating
I was lucky enough to find a last minute booking there which suited my budget during my official trip! I took a basic room, which is not very spacious, but it was good enough for a couple of days!

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 4 nights
Really great apartment with full kitchen bathroom and living room - so much space. Only problem was checking in, very confusing and the lady was unhelpful. Didn’t have WiFi for one day.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a washing machine and dryer. There was a sour smell upon entering the room. Keeping the window open temporarily eliminated the smell
Not fussed that on a multi-night stay the room was unserviced but extremely disappointed that when I requested new towels, soaps etc my request was ignored & nothing provided
The hotel is great and the laundry can be done in the room. Parking must be reserved in advance, otherwise there may be no parking spaces when you check in. It is very inconvenient to park in the parking space outside
SUGGESTIONS HI, We HAVE LEFT AT THE RECEPTION A LIST OF REPAIRS. WE HAD A GOOD STAY THE LIST WAS FOR SOMETHINGS AS FEED BACK 1. FOR SAFETY (HOB& OVEN ISOLATOR FAULTY) 2. DOUBLE OUTLET TOO CLOSE TO HOB 3

Top floor pool looked like a great place to be on a hot day
My husband and I have just come back from staying here. The staff are very polite and charming. The rooms were very nice and room service was excellent. We had breakfast included and could not fault it
I like milky coffee and was going down stairs three times a day to get more milk! However the spa was awesome! Better than anything I have seen in 17 years of hotel stays
Spent two nights in a spa suite. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated and I hate the little milk servings the provided

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well designed. I especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made the stay feel like home. Facilities include a pool, gym, and sauna
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with balcony, kitchen (with oven, microwave, large refrigerator) and washer and dryer; it has a lot of space. We stayed for a total of 6 nights. We had to take out the trash ourselves
The standout feature was the rooftop with a tennis court and bookable BBQ area. I hosted a small BBQ gathering there, and it was absolutely fantastic. I only wish I had stayed longer and would definitely return
The location is unbeatable, right on the Docklands New Quay waterfront with stunning views and tram access directly in front. Shops, restaurants, and the entertainment precinct are all just steps away
The Sebel is in a great location and the rooms are well appointed and clean. The view was fantastic and staff were friendly and efficient. We had a really enjoyable stay as a family.

Clean room, staff was attentive and helpful with hot water issue. 2 bed/2bath suite was a nice large size for 3 adults. The location was in a central location and within walking distance to many restaurants.
Seen online parking was $20 p/n but when we got there told it was $50 p/n. However we managed to get parking for less than $20 for the weekend less than 100 metres away.
Good size living space and furnishings. Close walk to mall/city centre. Handy corner for different tram routes. Staff were extremely helpful and genuinely nice.
We enjoyed our stay, room was great and comfy bed. Only downside is when I booked parking was included but when we checked in they said it wasn’t and was full
This was a great find for travelling for the rugby test. We were fortunate to book well ahead and get a good rate.
