Centrally located, within walking distance to major attractions, right next to Chinatown with plenty of delicious food options. Plus, the hotel provides slippers and toothbrushes.

The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and very clean. The breakfast selection is extensive, though you might encounter long queues if there's a large conference group. The staff are very friendly towards children. Overall, this was the best hotel of our trip!

Housekeeping cleaned my room once , but I lost some personal items (food and mouse) after the service. Disappointing

Not very impressed from the first day when waiting to check in more than 15 minutes. Staffs were in the back room, come out only there is priority/ premium guest to check in. Breakfast 6 days are the same, the menu does not much change, very poor breakfast so far under Pullman brand. The chef could not cook egg properly, egg sunny side up, burn under, white egg uncooked, not much enjoy for breakfast...

We stayed there before it's central to everything, everything is near by like restaurants ans shopping.

We stayed 2 nights and our room after our first night was not made up by the cleaning staff. The beds were left unmade, the dirty towels left on the floor, the clean towels dumped on the unmade bed. Conveniently located in the CBD, with Chinatown nearby, making shopping and dining very accessible. The breakfast is excellent and caters well to Chinese tastes, offering a good variety. It's also within walking distance to several attractions. Plus, the buses in the CBD are free!

The hotel's location is pretty good. The one-day tour I booked met right outside the Windsor Hotel, which was only a few minutes' walk away. The reviews mentioned the hotel was old, but I found it to be very well-maintained. The carpets were spotless, and there was no musty smell. As a family of three, the room size was more than sufficient. The location is also excellent, with a commercial district just a 5-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient.

Second time staying at Westin, this hotel is in a great location, rooms are very clean, beddings are comfortable. Service is excellent from Check-in, Valet parking, wait staff are accommodating, friendly and professional. I highly recommended this hote and would stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, making shopping and dining very convenient. The room was spacious and quiet, but the facilities are a bit dated. Since the hotel is a bit old, some in-room amenities need to be replaced, like the noisy toilet seat.

Everything was good overall, but when I asked to switch rooms, I was told there was one available, only to be informed the next day that it wasn't. I'm not sure if there was a lack of internal coordination. Other than that, everything was great, and the location was good too.

As a five star hotel and the cost of the stay would have expected more. Pro of the hotel: location was good and most attraction was easily accessible. Breakfast had quite a good varieties compared to other hotels I had stayed in Australia. Cons: Most of the sockets was spoiled even the toilet one and only 2 power point was working. The 2 power point that was working the electricity will be cut off...

The hotel is exquisite and elegant, with a charming lobby bar that's perfect for a relaxing vacation. There's a bus stop right outside, making transportation very convenient, and a botanical garden is within walking distance.

Staff were very efficient, pleasant and helpful. Room was well appointed and very comfortable. The only downside was a shortage of hanging spaceI would definitely recommend the Royce.

Excellent service. Loved the Art Deco designs everywhere, especially in the suite, as well as the Showroom Bar. The Terrace was a wonderful place to have breakfast too. The cocktails at the Showroom Bar were original and delicious too!

Very posh hotel with great quite location, still close to city, you can take a tram or a quick 15 mins ride into the city. Clean and well-appointed.

Modern refurbished hotel, staff are friendly, however bar is expensive and lacks ambience. Individual toiletries which was a positive however they were not refreshed during 4 night stay.
