A bit out of the city, but a good spot for our trip. Friendly workers. Rooms could have been slightly cleaner, but did the job.

It is an older motel. I have stayed there a few times over the years. I saw that it is showing its age and needs a refurbishment. It is okay as a place to sleep. The chain on the door of my room had been removed. The closet was missing a bar (the kind staff member at reception went and found me one). The bar fridge had no shelves inside or on the fridge door. The TV was an older model, the speakers on it weren't delivering the best sound. The staff member I saw was helpful.

It was a nice easy overnight stay no complaints just in and out, it is an older hotel but we knew that when we booked.

We just spent 6 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment a family of 4, we couldn't fault this accommodation. It was close to public transport, shops and restaurants. The apartment was modern, clean had its own washer/dryer and dishwasher. Anne at reception was great and really helpful.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this accommodation to family and friends.

Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Perfect location for trams and walking distance to restaurants. Free use of laundry, WiFi and parking :) Annie is lovely and so helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Front desk service is so nice and helpful. Location is great! DFO is a $10 uber ride away, city centre is $25 and airport is $20.

Well what a lovely surprise ... from the outside go into a thoroughtly clean, well maintained apartment. After meeting Anne at reception you are immediately feeling welcomed with the warmth of her beautiful smile and then guided to your room. Pleasantly upgraded too next door apartments but would have been been clearly satisfied with any apartment as they are clean,,well looked after, and spacious. We will now be regulars at 1040 Essendon to visit family only 6 blockes away. All that one requires was on hand shopping if you want, eateries ,supermarket,,bottle shop the works @ all the comforts we required. Thankyou again Anne you made our stay just that llttle brighter.

Old motel but very close to duty free mall. But no easy access to food stall. New to rent a car if you wish to travel around. Far from amenities

Ameer tandoori brings you to the world of mughlai cuisine at it best. Whether it is the saffron infused Kashmiri pulao or their very flavoursome seekh kebabs, this restaurant keeps calling you back everytime you think of Indian food. The friendly owners and staff are always trying to make you feel comfortable. Even if you are only doing a takeaway they never fail to drop in complementary pappadams into your bag. A part of Melbourne's cultural experience I'd say.

They served me food at 11pm and was brilliant. Went for a Meat Balti with Spinach and white rice. Super tasty and affordable!
